There was a firepit with chairs, a barbeque grill, and picnic table next to the cabin.The bathroom and shower building were very clean and was close to the cabin. « It was quaint, clean as a whistle, perfect little cottage type room away from the restaurant where we could have privacy, see the river out the back window, watch fireflies in the trees while sitting in Adirondack wooden chairs outside our room and listen to the rain. JoJo’s Catfish wharf was so good we had supper one night and lunch the next day there. Wonderful food and service. The canoe salad bar was a complete winner with me! »

« This hotel is one of the nicer places to stay in Mountain Home. It's not the Ritz - but it is CLEAN (don't let the main lobby area sway you - the rooms were spotless!), and the staff was constantly ABOVE AND BEYOND on asking if you need anything, asking if they can assist in anyway. I usually HATE hotel room carpets - but our room was nearly SPOTLESS. It was a hot day and our room AC was SUPER COLD! We didn't stay long, but the morning, freshly ground and brewed coffee was actually really good....
