Wonderful place

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful and the terrace was lovely to enjoy coffee in the morning and to see the city lit up at night. The neighborhood is nice with many restaurants and the square close by. We highly recommend.

Spectacular Terrace!

Four of us stayed in this lovely apartment located in a great neighborhood -- the Santo Spirito neighborhood is close to the city center, but less crowded and pleasantly quiet at night. The terrace, with the view of the Duomo and Pitti Palace was the perfect place to unwind with an aperitivo and watch the sun go down. It really enhanced our stay! The small living room is comfortable and has a lovely big window, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were quite comfortable. With two couples, it was great to have two bathrooms, though the shower in the upper bathroom was so low that my 5'10" partner really could not use it. The shower in the other bedroom is quite nice. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family of five adults stayed at Hotel Borgaio for 4 nights. Be ready to climb 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. The host was very communicative and responsive. The apartment itself has 2 levels with the terrace on the 3rd level. The terrace is beautiful but difficult to get to because of the tight stairs. Overall the apartment is comfortable but was a bit small for 5 adults.

Amazing Apartment with gorgeous terrace

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful florentine apartment. It was perfectly located on a quiet street just 5 minutes from piazza Santo Spiritu. We loved the space and could really spread out. The AC, located in every space, was amazing during the heat wave. We spent more time in the apartment than expected because of the weather but we were so grateful to be in such a comfortable space. Matias was so communicative and accommodating and was available for another came up during our stay. I highly recommend this apartment and will most definitely be staying there again next time I’m in Firenze.

Great Florence apartment!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this super clean and super helpful check in friend. He even carried our heavy bags up the stairs and booked 2 cabs for us! Great place with amazing views from the roof deck.

Best location and views from private balcony

We loved our stay at this apartment. You can’t beat the location which is just outside the tourist area but a short walk to all of the main attractions that Florence has to offer. There are also many authentic restaurants with outstanding pasta just outside your door. The private balcony was unbelievable as it offered breathtaking views. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again when visiting Florence.

Perfect Penthouse

Located within walking distance from every site we visited, this apartment with private rooftop patio was a perfect home base for our Florence stay. Our host made sure all our needs were met and I would recommend this place highly.

Great Location

Great Location of the property. Check in was great even after a long travel day to get there. AC was wonderful for those warm and muggy days. Roof top deck was great as well. One caution is that it's on the 3rd or 4th floor without and elevator, also in the apartment the stairs to the upstairs bedroom/washing machine and the roof top deck were pretty narrow. They were no problem for us, but folks with limited mobility may have problems. It had a Nespresso coffee maker and that got us hooked!

Perfect location and very comfortable

The location was great. Just around the corner are many restaurants too once you are done touring in the popular locations. Love the vibe of the neighborhood. Everything is walking distance in the town. I am very particular about beds and showers and this place was just what I hoped for. The owner was available at all times. I already recommended to my friends when they come here in August. A great find!

This apartment is perfect! From the location, close proximity to attractions, local restaurants and hospitality prior to and during our stay it was all amazing!!! We had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful apartment and it was nothing short of excellent. Matias, the host/manager, was always available to answer my questions, before booking and during my stay. Polite and professional with impressive responsiveness. We were greeted with a smile and great tips of restaurants by one of his peers, although it was a late-night arrival. The apartment had everything we needed and the location (Santo Spirito area) is simply unbeatable. You can easily walk everywhere, yet feel like a local. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. One bathroom to each bedroom made a big difference. We can't recommend enough. And we'd gladly return. Grazie Matias!

The apartment was perfect, located in the best area of the city, far enough from the mass tourism but close enough for you to reach all the main sites just walking. The interiors are really stylish, a very good taste, and the view from the balcony just speaks for himself!
