Geräumige und komfortable studio sehr nah vom historischen zentrum von Florenz

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bereich Porta al Prato, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Nur in der Nähe ist die Leopolda, ein Ort für Ausstellungen und kulturelle Veranstaltungen delle die große Parco Cascine wo Sie lange Spaziergänge genießen oder ein Fahrrad mieten, und das Teatro Comunale, der Heimat der großen Symphonieorchester des Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Studio komplett renoviert und auch gemeinsam mit Küche und einen separaten Schlafbereich. Wohnraum mit Einzel-Schlafsofa und TV. Balkon mit Waschküche teilweise. Auf Wunsch können Sie ein feldbett für kinder von 0 bis 4 Jahren hinzuzufügen.
Zwei Einzelbetten zur Verfügung
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da es nicht mit blick auf die hauptstraße.
Sie können auch in bar bei der Ankunft (fragen Sie den Eigentümer).

Die Reinigung war für uns schon immer ein sehr wichtiger Aspekt. Zusätzlich zur Verwendung spezifischer Produkte für die Desinfektion auf Chlorbasis führen wir jetzt eine vollständige Desinfektion der Umwelt mit einem Ozongerät durch.

Marco and Patrizia’s place shone with pride of ownership. The accommodation was clean with everything we needed, a 10 minute walk from the train station, and a 20 minute walk to the center of town (or a quick taxi ride). The cafe on the corner has the best cornetto and espresso! Excellent value for the price!

Beautiful apartment close to the river

The apartment is beautiful and has all the amenities needed. It was very clean and had plenty of storage space for clothing/luggage. The air conditioning was a life saver when we stayed in early August! The hosts were so pleasant and made the check in process super easy even though we did not speak any Italian. It is a bit of a commute to get to all of the tourist attractions in Firenze. I think it took us about 20-25 minutes walking. There is a tram line that runs close by that will take you closer but there is still a walk from there. But with all the old buildings and walking along the river it didn't feel very long. We arrived at the Santa Maria Novella train station and the tram will take you within a 2 mins walk away from the apartment. Overall, we had an amazing time staying at the apartment and would definitely recommend it to anyone as long as you don't mind a bit of a commute to the tourist attractions.

Great city apartment---close to everything!

This cute city apartment is close to many small and large bus and trams lines. Be sure to get your tickets at the tram waiting area 20meters south of Porta al Prato and the small vending machine. (1.50 euro, good for transfers within 90 minutes) The cute small buses don't have ticket sales, and these busses are the best for weaving around the narrow streets. Any time day or night it was easy to find a bus back to the apartment. And the bar/bakery on the corner is open 24 hours! The apartment is secure, clean and the bathroom nicely modern. un bon rapport qualité-prix

appartement très propre et bien confortable avec une très bonne literie. La cuisine est bien équipée et pratique une fois qu'on a pris attraper le coup pour allumer la gazinière. Comme il donne sur une grande cour, il est à l'abri des bruits de la circulation. Il est situé à proximité du centre-ville qu'on rejoint à pied en 20 à 30 mn en suivant un trajet très agréable : quartier Ognisanti et Lungarno.

Mancato Firenze Rocks ma soggiorno ottimo

Ho prenotato questo B&b per l'evento del Firenze Rocks 2021 per la sua vicinanza alla Visarno Arena e, causa Covid, il concerto è stato rimandato al 2022. Io e il mio ragazzo però abbiamo deciso ugualmente di venire a fare una breve vacanza in questa città e devo dire che l'alloggio è davvero uguale a come lo vedete in foto, molto accogliente e decisamente vicino al centro di Firenze, quindi comodo per visitare la città e i vari musei (10 minuti a piedi). I proprietari gentilissimi e, nonostante ancora nel pieno della pandemia Covid, molto disponibili. Lo consiglio a tutti e, sperando si faccia il Firenze Rocks l'anno prossimo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Good location for historic sights

Ideal for our needs, with any easy walk into the areas of interest. We arranged with Marco to meet at the San Jacapino tram stop, a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. (We had left our car at the Villa Costanza car park on the Autoroute for €7 per day. The tram fare was €3 per person return.) The apartment was really ideal for us. The sleeping area could be curtained off from the living/dining area. The kitchen was just right and well provided with crockery, utensils and wine glasses!! We sat on the balcony at the rear of the apartment in the evenings after seemingly walking the whole of the city. We would certainly stay here again if we came back to the city. Marco was a good communicator which made our stay very enjoyable.

Base for Exploring Firenze

I spent 6 nights at Marco and Patrizia's San Jacopino apartmemt. It had a kettle and a teapot, a single serving moka pot for coffee, toaster, microwave, and a gas oven/stove. The wall unit for HVAC kept the apartment cozy. The washing machine was a nice convenience with the option to line dry or use a rack. The TV and wifi worked wonderfully. The apartment is only a short 12 minute walk from Stazione Santa Maria Novella. The historic center of Firenze is walkable too. There are grocery stores and restaurants within close walking distance too. I did day trips to Siena and Pisa while there. I visited from 4-3 to 10/3 during the COVID 19 virus. It wasn't until 8/3 that museums began to close. My final day was when more serious restrictions were imposed. Marco and Patrizia's San Jacopino apartment is a wonderful place to stay and receives my highest recommendation.

Siamo stati tre notti in due. Posizione ideale per girare la città a piedi o con i mezzi siccome è vicina e comoda al centro ed a tutte le attrazioni. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e a disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento. La casa è esattamente come in foto, non enorme ma giusta per due e con tutto il necessario che può servire in una casa, abbiamo trovato veramente qualsiasi comfort, si trova al primo piano in un palazzo silenzioso e tranquillo.

Favoloso appartamento..

C'è poco da dire, ma bensì affrettarsinper non perdere l'occasione di trascorrere del tempo in questo favoloso appartamento, con tutti i comfort e la vicinanza al centro città, per non parlare di Marco una persona favolosa.
