We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Florence. The biggest advantage is the location. It is extremely close to the train station, making it one of the best options if you are traveling in and out of the city or stopping in Florence for a short stay. It is also within walking distance to most major sites, which made exploring very easy for our family.Because the apartment is close to the station, the area can feel busy at peak travel times. We still found it safe and convenient over a quieter residential neighborhood much further away. A note for guests with mobility issues: this is a top-floor apartment and requires walking up four flights of narrow stairs, and there is no lift for luggage. This was not a problem for us, but it may be challenging for anyone who needs step-free access or requires an elevator.Inside, the apartment was perfect for our family. Everyone had a space, a bed, and a clean, comfortable place to rest. The sheets were soft and fresh, and the two bathrooms are always a bonus when traveling. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward. Host was very communicative leading up to our stay. Traveler tip: instead of storing bags nearby at the storefront locations, use the train station. The Western Union location in the station’s shopping area near the fountain exit stores bags at a reasonable price, and it was convenient for our trip. Bounce Luggage is the site, but look for the Western Union signage or you’ll miss it.
