Empfang ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz ist in einem naheligenden Parkhaus / Garage und wird dort direkt abgerechnet ca 30.00 pro Tag je nach Grösse des Autos. Frühstück ist nicht gewaltig aber ok.

Für zwei junge Leute, die nicht ein luxuriöses Hotel brauchen ist das Hotel Optimal. Das Zimmer ist gut isoliert, was einen ruhigen Schlaf garantiert und die Dusche ist gleichfalls optimal.

Sehr gut für einen Städtetrip
Perfekt gelegenes Hotel, direkt am Bahnhof. Zu Fuß immer nur einige Minuten von den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.

Nicht noch einmal!
Wir haben am Anreisetag gebucht, vor Ort sollten wir dann 2 Stunden warten dass wir eingecheckt werden können weil die gute Frau nicht da war. Es war 19Uhr und es hat geregnet. In der Gegend nichts zum Verbleib. Also anderes Hotel gesucht und gefunden. Danke

Tut uns wirklich leid Ihrer Aufenthal mit uns nicht gehnem war aber est ist falsch dass das Zimmer um 19.00 nicht fertig war. Mfg

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit o.k.,Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer Nr. 8 zum Flur und zur nahen Rezeption hin sehr hellhörig,in den frühen Morgenstunden UNMÖGLICH LAUT VOR DEM ZIMMER UND AUF DEM FLUR; Frühstück gut. Im Vergleich zum letzten Aufenthalt,bei dem wir sehr zufrieden waren,für das Gebotene deutlich ZU TEUER geworden. LEIDER DESHALB FÜR UNS von Empfehlung für Freunde zu NICHT WIEDER!! Ich habe das Hotel für Teilnahme an einem Kongress benötigt. Preislich war es ok. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren ebenfalls in Ordnung. Allerdings liegt das Hotel eine Strasse entfernt vom Bahnhof, mit dem dort üblichen Publikum. Unter dem Hotel liegt das Hotel Desiree, mit roter Leuchtschrift.....Meine Zimmertür hatte kein Sicherheitsschloss, sondern nur das übliche Zimmerschloss, wie in jedem Wohnhaus. Die ersten zwei Abende habe ich mich nicht dort wohlgefühlt, weil bei der Heimkehr um 19.00h schon an zwei Betrunkene Männer die auf den Stufen des Hotels saßen, vorbeimusste. Die Eingangsbeleuchtung war zu dem Zeitpunkt defekt, als diese am 3. Tag repariert wurde, war auch der Weg zum Fahrstuhl uneingeschränkt möglich. Nachts gegen drei wurde gerne die Spülmaschine ausgeräumt, nach eine Beschwerde war die nächste Nacht ruhig, die darauf folgende nicht mehr.... Insgesamt war ich 4 Nächte dort, das Personal war freundlich.....Mit meinem Mann würde ich dort gemeinsam übernachten, alleine noch mal nicht so gerne ....

in der naehe des hauptbahnhof un andere sehenswurd
Es gibt wifi, aber man muss es bezahlen. Sehr gutes fruehstueck buffet. Es gibt auch ein zimmer mit kaffee, tee, keksen un brot das die 24 stunden geoeffnet ist.

sauber, freundlich, perfekte Lage
Näher am Bahnhof geht fast gar nicht. Auch ist man gleich in der Altstadt, für mich perfekte Lage und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Freundlicher Empfang und hilfsbereit. Einzelzimmer okay, mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Great hotel located just minutes from train station with plenty of nearby dining options. Hotel staff was awesome and allowed us to leave our bags before room was ready and also after checkout to do some more exploring before leaving by train. Great breakfast every morning. Room was comfortable and quiet and spacious. No complaints.

O hotel está localizado muito próximo à estação de trem, comércio e restaurantes. Fica no 3 andar de um antigo prédio, porém há elevador (também antigo). O quarto era reformado porém diferente das fotos divulgadas. Quarto limpo com camas muito confortáveis. O banheiro deixou muito a desejar. As paredes estavam emboloradas e o ralo exalava um cheiro forte de esgoto. O chuveiro também não agradou, a água era quente porém com pouquíssima pressão. O café da manha oferecido foi muito bom, com mais opções doces do que salgadas. As tortas estavam deliciosas, sentimos falta apenas de frutas. Sentimentos certa frieza no atendimento da recepção e do rapaz do café. Em geral, o hotel oferece um bom custo-benefício, mas avaliaria outras opções em uma próxima visita a Florença.

So nice and quiet even so close to the train station. Walking distance to everything. Lovely breakfast spread every morning. Comfy bed in a clean and functional room, everything you need. Bathroom was clean and water hot :)

Great ocation, service minded staff, clean room.
Located near Santa Maria novella, not far from our favourite places in firenze (we visit Firenze often) . Helpful and service minded staff. Nice room. Clean. The only negative thing is that the staff made noise outside our room from 7am. Noise and loud talking. The other negative thing is the breakfast. It was cold when we arrived 9:30. Bread was dry/hard, egg and bacon was cold. It was just like we had leftovers. Anyway, the total impression is good and we may come back later 😊

This property will meet your basic needs and it’s at a good location. The AC did not work well in our room and the shower is extremely small. Breakfast is free but It was not the best. Over all worth what we paid.

Lav standard
Lidt spøjst at hotellet er én etage i bygningen. De andre etager er andre hoteller og firmaer. Personalet er hjælpsomt. Værelsesstandarden er lav - møbler er gamle, og væggene skrammede. Sengen ny, men meget hård. Vær. 4 havde dog heldigvis nyt badeværelse. Der er meget lydt. Morgenmadslokalet havde set bedre dage - tror persiennerne havde hængt der i ca. 30 år. Udsigten var god - måltidet lige ok til at starte dagen på. Men morgenmad regnes jo også knap nok som et måltid i Italien. Beliggenheden er god, hvis man vil bo i gåafstand til historisk centrum og togstation. Generelt for dyrt ift. standarden, men bestilte nok for sent. Ville ikke bo der igen.

Dear Guest,we are sorry your stay was not as expected: maybe next time booking a standard room , (very recently and completely renovated), instead if an economy one, will make your stay more satisfactory...The price paid is a normal price for Florence in very high season for a Hotel like ours , we are sure before booking with us you have seen other Hotels and have compared prices, if you have decided to come here we assume probably the price was better than many others.The breakfast is a full buffet breakfast with scramble eggs, bacon, boiled eggs, cheese, salami and ham, plus all sweet italian cakes and croissants, yoghourts, cereals, and of course any kind hot drinks (coffee , tea, capuccino... ): we are sorry you did not appreciate it as well.We reamin at your disposal for any enquiries,Kind regards Roberto

Place is near train station and close to historical areas. Bed was very comfortable as well as air conditioning. We stayed for two days and the price was worthy. I feel some huge and dusty furniture could be removed from the hallway. That wouldn’t prevent me to use this place for one night or two.
