LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We were able to walk to all locations within 15 minutes with exception of Palazzo de Pitti. We found 2 breakfast locations within a 5 minute walk and the market was quite close. We did 2 tours with location by the train terminal and opted to walk there since it was only 22 minutes away. The apartment is on the 3rd floor but we had carry on size luggage which was very manageable. We stayed for a week and loved that we were able to stroll around easily. We'll definitely book again!

Excellent location that feels like home. Wine and snacks were provided for our arrival. Comfortable beds and big enough that we did not feel cramped. The outdoor space was small but comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were a 7-10 minute walk to the meeting location for all of our tours and dinners.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The apartment has a nice kitchen/living space. The upstairs bedroom/loft doesn't have a door and the occupants there found it a little noisy if anyone else was up and around when they were trying to sleep. Take the bus to/from the train station - its easy and just around the corner.

We were a group of seven adults staying in Florence for three nights. The apartment was very comfortable and in a wonderful location in the city. Our host was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would stay there again.

The location of this property was great; close to the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only sound we heard from neighbors was the dog next door who occasionally barked when he heard us. If you have a rental car, you will have to park it in a parking garage near by as we did.

We really enjoyed the location of this property and the fact that there was ample air conditioning given we were in the middle of a heat wave. There were some differences in the listing which noted three showers versus one shower plus a tub with a handheld sprayer. The listing also included a couple of twin beds in the room with the king size bed, which was not the case. There were a few dust bunnies when we arrived as well. Some ice trays in the freezer would be helpful. Overall, we had a very nice day in the location couldn’t be beat.

We had an amazing time in Florence. The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere. Apartment was clean and the owner was very responsive. Easy check in/out. Would definitely recommend it.

These pictures are not accurate. We left this apt after one night and we only stayed there the one night because it was too late to book a hotel. The bathrooms are not this clean/nice. The kitchen does not look like this. The dishwasher faceplate is completely missing. The freezer did not seem to work right since it was full of frost. These pictures must have been altered on the VRBO site because this is not how this apt looks. Another red flag should have been the earplugs on the bed that had been left by the host. This apt is on a very busy/noisy street (loud trucks all through the night). This was not disclosed. Also, there are no pics of the 2nd bathroom on this site for a reason. The bathroom is so tiny you cannot even turn around in it. We were very disappointed in how this apt was misrepresented on the VRBO site. I would not stay here and I would not recommend this apt. My husband & I were in Florence with our 3 college kids. Again, we left after one night and that was a terrible experience. I hate even writing this review but my kids said I should to warn others. I messaged the host on the morning of the 2nd day to tell her we were leaving. I also sent pictures that I had taken showing the issues. She did not offer a refund.

My daughter, son-in-law and two old friends had a great three week stay in October at this property. It’s location is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk to the Duomo and Accademia and a bit more to the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace. The neighborhood is charming. The apartment is spacious with large rooms and high ceilings. There are two baths with showers (noting only low water pressure as is typical in Italy) and a half bath which worked well for our group. A nice balcony patio was a great place to have a glass of wine at the end of a day of sightseeing. Many great local restaurants are nearby with a good cafe and grocery store a short walk away. Laia is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We could not have asked more for our stay and I would recommend this property highly.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay here. The location was extremely convenient. The apartment had enough bathrooms and bedrooms that we had space and were not on top of one another. There is a lovely patio/balcony where you can hear the church bells ring in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was as listed and was comfortable for 6. Has a nice little patio and large open living space. It is a very central location, we walked everywhere. It is 3rd floor walk up. The plumbing didn’t flow perfectly, this was only minor challenge. Host was very responsive. Overall this is a great choice if you have a group that needs 3 bedrooms.

We had an incredible time on our visit to Florence. The city itself holds beauty around every corner and having a place to stay that is equally as beautiful made our visit even better. Every detail was perfect, and Laia ensured we were comfortable and happy during our stay. Her service was beyond anything a 5 star hotel would provide. The location is central and easy to navigate to all of the major attractions. The photos are an exact representation of the apartment, but you will be pleasantly surprised by the large scale of the space. We hope to return again. Thank you Laia!!

We stayed here in March of 2023. The location is about 5 blocks from the downtown area, and was easy to walk to everything. The check-in process was easy, and it's nice that the outside locks are keypad so everyone can come and go as they please. I don't think the unit had been used much during Covid, and we might have been the first ones there so had a few issues but the property manager responded and dealt with them quickly. The upstairs area is nice, and has an en suite bathroom. The downstairs area has a large master, and another bedroom with two twins. There are two bathrooms downstairs, but neither are en suite. The kitchen / family room area is good size, and in the summer there is a nice small balcony as well. We were able to wash our clothes in the laundry machine, and dry them on the drying rack and using the radiators. I think as this placed gets used more it will get dialed in and be nice to stay in.

Good communication and easy check in. 55-60 stairs to get to apartment so beware. Nice but small outdoor space. Slightly farther away from attractions than we thought but good value.
