This house is even better than the pictures which are amazing. It looks newly remodeled, with fresh paint, pretty rugs on hardwoods, beautiful new kitchen cabinets, incredible high end appliances, super well equipped with pots, pans, a lot of dishes, and lovely coordinated decor throughout. It has a pottery barn feel. The furniture is all new and clean, and comfy. The details in the house include a basketful of yoga equipment, games, sand toys, lots of towels, a baby cradle, packnplay, high end lotions near all sinks, coffee, teas, and more. The windows are huge and look out to the river and the sunset, so even with bad weather, the inside is perfect. The deck outside is awesome (even though it was storming most of our stay, so we couldn't use it much) with a firepit, lots of seating, a huge table for 10. The stairs lead down to a private sandy beach on the river. I can't say enough great stuff about this property. Here are things I look for: is there enough seating for everyone together? Yes, in the sunroom, everyone is able to sit together with a huge couch and chairs. There are smaller groupings of chairs where people can sit by a fireplace or TV as well. The kitchen is super well appointed with storage containers/lids, and even spices, but bring your own foil and plastic bags. It is close to everything, while on a quiet cul-de-sac where you don't see neighboring houses. To get to the ocean is a short 10 minute drive north or south, at most. We will be back!!
