« We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the rest of the facilities. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We didn't get a chance to use most of the amenities, including the exercise room, laundry and pool, but from the windows they looked like they were very good. The bed was pretty comfortable, though not quite like home. »

« I recently stayed at this hotel and initially had some issues with the linens, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way management handled the situation completely changed my impression. Upon checkout, the manager, Wendy, went above and beyond to make things right — she personally offered us $30 cash for breakfast and even allowed us to choose several snacks for our road trip as a thoughtful gesture. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out....
