„As I booked this trip through Expedia I was at first a little confused/misled at what Siesta Key Island Rentals was. Let me be clear in saying that these are not condo rentals or a hotel, these are not all located in the same area nor do they all have the same amenities! „The appartment was really nice and had an own entry to the fenced pool area. The communication was only via email but we got all information needed. The garden area was really nice and the city itself very beautiful. Unfortunately we found a smaller dead cockroach at the fridge when we arrived and a bigger palmetto bug at the last day of our stay. But I guess it's almost impossible to avoid that, as the rest of the property was really clean.“

„House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. “

„Nice place. Private dock was nice. 2 blocks from the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Most definitely walking distance to beach. Theres also a little bar on the other side of the marina. Quiet. Sunrise on the inlet was very pretty. We slept 3 teenagers 2 adults and 1 10 year old for a week. Easy parking. Id definitely rebook here if we stay in that area. It is only the top half of the house though, but definitely suitable for a family. Also, washer and dryer in lower part of house ...
