Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time at this property. It’s in a great location on the lake, close to marinas and in a cove great for swimming off of the dock. The home itself is very thought out and beautiful. We spent a lot of time lounging in the outdoor space and cooked most of our meals in the house since the kitchen was so spacious and equipped with high quality appliances. We didn’t need anything during our stay but Kandi was great at checking in to be sure we were well taken care of.

Beautiful and relaxing

We stayed at Bluewaters this past long weekend as we were in town for a horse show. Our crew stayed with us in this beautifully decorated home. The parking is a bit tight but we had 2 dually trucks. Cars are fine. The view a beautiful as well. We plan on coming back end of summer for another show and would definitely stay here again. It was cold so we could not get to enjoy the outdoors and boating. Can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy this perfect home with warmer weather. You can't go wrong with this home, VERY comfortable and roomy.

Perfect Lake Weekend!

This property is even more beautiful in person. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Kandi was great and very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a weekend on the lake!

Lived up to it’s promise

The home immediately caught our eye when looking for a rental on Lake Lanier. It was exactly as promised and more. It was fully stocked as far as kitchen equipment, three dishwashers and an ice maker! The beautifully appointed bedrooms all had extra towels and other extras like soap and toilet paper. We really only needed to purchase food for the ginormous refrigerator. It was a great gathering space with lots of indoor/ outdoor space and the dock was well kept. The only issue a guest might have is getting to the dock. It is very steep with lots of steps that are helpful but not very sturdy for anyone with mobility issues. It may not be necessary though to go to the water as you have beautiful views from the home and a lovely back patio which also has lots of seating. We would definitely rent this again. And the owner was super helpful and responsive.

Fantastic Lake Retreat!

We rented this home for 10 days in late August early September. We had a mixture of adult friends one weekend and a girls teenager sleep over another weekend. The house was really perfect for a family. The downstairs bedrooms felt private and the master suite was luxurious and inviting. We really appreciated the well thought out kitchen and gathering spaces. The separate bar refrigerators, ice machine and huge refrigerator and freezer made entertaining so enjoyable. The upstairs retreat is great with a beautiful den that looks out over the lake and the most amazing bunkbed set up that we have ever seen! The girls absolutely loved the bunkbed room and were happy up there all night. The dock set up was perfect for us as we brought our own boat and enjoyed the easy access to nearby lake restaurants.

This house has everything

Our stay at Bluewaters Manor was nothing short of exceptional. You literally don’t need to bring anything- this house has it all. The pictures don’t even capture everything there is. Even though there’s so much around to do, you’ll find yourself just wanting to stay in the house and enjoy the setting. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with from booking to checkout, taking many extra steps to make our stay extra special. Every one in our group has said they would love a return visit to this house!

We stayed in the property for ov er two weeks while we waited for our house to be completed.

A luxury property well worth the costs. The house looks more like a resort bungalow and is located at the end of the street in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The large patio overlooking the lake was a great place for an end of the day glass of wine or enjoying the start of the day. The large great room and kitchen area are perfect for large families. The house has extensive upscale appliances and probably has the best stocked utensil drawer we have seen. There are wonderful decorating touches throughout the house some really fun kids play areas on the second floor.. Owner/manager could not be more helpful. They are exceptionally responsive and exceedingly nice. We would have stayed an additional two weeks had it not already been rented to someone else.

This was a family reunion, post vaccinations, to celebrate our 50th anniversary! Our stay was perfect- the home is lovingly appointed and every need was met: great linens, a cook’s kitchen , comfortable seating areas and ample space to spread out.

Wonderful Home!

We loved our stay in this wonderful home on the lake. Despite the bad weather, we had plenty to do. The home is beautifully furnished and easily accommodated our family. We enjoyed gathering in the large kitchen/living room area and upstairs in the bunk/game room. The views of the lake were fantastic. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need to bake or cook a gourmet meal. Definitely plan to book again (hopefully with nicer weather)!
