Cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home. It provided the perfect setting and served as "home base" for our entire family for our daughter's wedding weekend. Beautifully appointed and with room enough for everyone to spread out, feel comfortable and enjoy our time together. Even though we were there in December (and did not have time to enjoy the hot tub) we still enjoyed the lovely, peaceful sound that it makes. The pool deck area is also beautiful and was a wonderful location for some of the pre-wedding pictures. Wonderful kitchen, with plenty of supplies and space to keep all the family fed during the whirlwind days leading up to the wedding & a great place to "chill out" after the festivities. I will definitely cherish the memories made in this beautiful home & would love to return there for another family get-together.

My family (5-75) had a great time at this house! The house was the perfect size with lots of room. The porch, pool, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace to roast marshmallows were wonderful, not to mention the beach entry to the lake and the dock in the backyard! We appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs and the front yard where we brought our net and played volleyball. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and we appreciated the yummy spices. We enjoyed movies in the main family room and basement and enjoyed watching football on the back patio. We caught some blue gill off the dock and loved all the geese and deer in the backyard. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. The kids enjoyed the park right outside the front door and the beach entry to the lake at the park which had a nice sand bar for the kids to play in. There were plenty of table space for eating with two tables on the deck, one in the kitchen and dining room and bar stools. These tables were great for eating, playing games, coloring, and doing puzzles. We took a day trip to go apple and pumpkin picking, but the kids said they would have rather stayed at the house! My favorite thing is that the hot tub actually got hot! I’ve been at a lot of rentals where the hot tub is only luke warm, that wasn’t the case here! It was so nice not to have to bring our own inflatable paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes since the house already has real ones (not inflatable)!

Great Home

Great place to stay. We had a large multifamily group. There was plenty of space in the house. the pool and dock were great places to be outdoors. Everyone had a great time. Communication with the hosts was excellent!!

We had a great experience at the Sunrise Villa. Weather was bad so we really didnt get to enjoy the lake or the pool but the view was wonderful in the morning and the house was huge. Wonderful communication with the owners and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway on Lake Lanier.

Fantastic find and stay!

This house was an awesome find! Even though it was FREEZING out, it was perfect stay with plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy for our time together. I booked this home for an executive retreat and took a chance since there were no reviews listed because the price and photos reflected a luxurious home. The home is tired and in need of a major refresh all the way around. Additionally, the kitchen did not have adequate appliances for cooking large meals and insufficient quantities of dishes,cookware, flatware etc. I can provide a list if needed. I have photos I’d like to share but this format will not allow me to attach. We did enjoy our time despite the shortfalls.

Beautiful property

It's our second visit and we had a great time again. The property is amazing. We enjoyed the outside fireplace and hot tub in the evenings. The location is close to shopping and restaurants if needed. There were a bunch of leaves in the pool when we arrived the first night. Mark & Ken had the pool cleaner out the very next morning to handle it. Well done!

Great vacation

Everything was great for our stay. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. High class home. Pool is a decent size and deep enough prob 5 ft deep at the deep end, better than pics show. Right on lake Lanier. Dock was in great shape. We rented a boat for half a day and pulled right up to the dock, kitchen stocked with essentials, 3 levels, over all comfy beds, master down stairs was a little soft but slept great, close to restaurants. Great place to stay for families. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you

Family reunion

We loved the outdoor dining areas, fireplace, jacuzzi and pool for our active family gathering. The boathouse was a great docking space for our boat and the paddle boards and fishing poles were an appreciated bonus. The indoor open-floor-plan accommodated lots of family interaction. Wedding weekend

We had 4 generations staying together and we all had lots of room. The hosts communicated very well and reponded to questions immediately. The house was clean and well stocked. There were lots of little touches that made the stay so enjoyable. We loved the hot tub and the kayak. The views are serene and the neighborhood was very quiet. As Advertised! Amazing Home!

Decided to get away for a short R&R vacation and this was the perfect place to do it. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit at night with the moonlight peaking in on the lake, it was as peaceful as we could've asked for. Although we did not get in the pool the water was warm. The house was clean and the kitchen family room area was perfect for relaxing and conversing. I would definitely go back with the kids and invite a few friends just to utilize all the space. We are very picky and this place put us at ease and we had no regrets about our stay. We definitely recommend!
