„I stayed here with my child for 1 night, with the intentions of 2. Outside of the hotel definitely needs repainted or something, the brick looks very rough, inside of the hotel is beautiful and does not match the condition of the outside. The staff were amazing, except for the restaurant gentleman taking orders. I encountered a cleaning lady and she was even extremely polite and friendly. „Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. When we checked in there was a note saying pool and spa was closed. I ask woman at counter why she said pool was waiting on a part for heater and the hot tub was dirty and had to be drained and cleaned. I get the pool that’s out of your control but the hot tub could’ve been taken care of. Very disappointing…“

„We had a stopover for one night on the way from Michigan to Tennessee. The hotel was okay for the single night, but we would not want to stay here longer. The cleanliness of both the room and the pool was disappointing. Although we had a non-smoking room the odor of cold smoke was obvious.“

„The shuttle service to and from the airport, that was advertised by Expedia, has been discontinued. You will need to take an Uber. The day staff was delightful. The night desk person only offered towels when water started pouring through the bathroom ceiling light. We had an imch of water to clean up. According to the day desk person, there were other rooms open. The dark out drapes stopped 1 foot from the bottom of the window. This necessitated putting pillows behind the drape to block out ...
