« The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

« Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park. »

« Overall, the front desk was not super-helpful. Thought friendly, they weren’t super knowledgeable when I had questions about parking, or utensils or hotel amenities. The little convenience store is also not super convenient (how do you have frozen dinners but not cutlery available?) and the selection was a little disappointing. « Let me start with the GOOD!! First, the location was fantastic! It was just a couple minutes' walk from everywhere we wanted to visit this trip. The price was wonderful compared to others in area.
