« Kids enjoyed pool & adults the hot tub. Breakfast was great! »

« The reception staff when we checked in was not friendly and didn’t welcome us or explain any of the amenities. Our bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the tv did not work, couldn’t get channels on at all. The shower had low water pressure. Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again! »

« Rooms were clean but the bed mattress covers need to be taken off and washed. One room only had one towel in it but the man at the front desk was super friendly and helpful all weekend. The pool area had no pool towel at all. Not sure if they were available elsewhere but it should be stated if so. Hot tub and pool are nice. Rooms look newly renovated, love that it’s non-carpeted rooms! »

« The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl »

« The property is clearly in the state being remodeled, which is a good thing. The manager working when I arrived was very helpful and kind; she was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make our stay positive. Once she’s done with the remodel, it will be a very nice establishment while she’s in charge. »

« The hotel is clean. Plenty of amenities. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is hot with a variety of selections. Easy to find and plenty of restaurants and shopping within the area. Coffee shops like Starbucks, Dunkins, etc. You can hear everything. Kids running up and down the halls, yelling, all hours. No monitoring by staff. The staff was not that friendly or welcoming.
