The 10-person dining table provides the perfect setting for family meals. Unleash your competitive spirit in the dedicated game room and challenge your friends or family to a game of air hockey or foosball or enjoy classic board games and jigsaw puzzles.

All four bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone in your group. The sleeper sofa and trundle bed in the game room is perfect for the kids! Now included is a Pack-n-play for the littlest family members and blackout curtains in one bedroom for nap time. Each bed comes with high quality, freshly laundered linens and coverlets. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. Bath towel sets are provided per person for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Best of all, enjoy the convenience of private beach access just steps from your door. Build sandcastles, go for a refreshing swim, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun with the provided sand beach chairs. Partake in a game of cornhole or beach mini golf with plenty of sand toys for the little ones. Your family will enjoy the ease of having the beach at their doorstep. An outdoor shower is located on the boardwalk. Two charcoal grills and a gas grill are provided for outdoor cooking.

Downtown Folly Beach is just 1.3 miles away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

A short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway area. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
