« No room service in our room, we were there for 3days... »

« This place looks nice from the outside, but shows its age once you're inside. Breakfast did not look good, so we passed on that. Beds were comfortable, and we slept well... Needs some updating »

« The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. None of the supposedly four carts were observed at the entrance or on the...

« The room was dirty. I had a dead spider in my bed. The floor was sticky with boot prints. ( we were not wearing boots). The air was on 67 and could not be shut off or moved in temp. The light was attached to the tv. So when you turned the light off the tv went off. When I arrived I had to call as no one was at front desk. I survived my 6 hours. Would not go back »

« The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day. »

« Our family stayed for two nights and appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options that pleased each member of our group. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience! »

« The staff is friendly and it's a good location off I-80 and near restuarants. Breakfast is okay but other hotels have been better. It's overly dog friendly (do-do on the floor). TV didn't work so staff moved us to another room. »

« The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed. »

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...
