Our stay was a great experience for my husband, my teenage daughters, and I. We were welcomed by the friendliest lady! We quickly got changed and enjoyed the hot tub before it closed. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed. The tv didn’t have the best quality, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Breakfast the next morning was very good and the area was well cared for. We were once again met with a very friendly worker who took care of the breakfast area. We would stay here again.

Great for the price. The hot tub has so much chlorine that we couldn’t use it as it burned your eyes just trying to get into it. But aside from that, it was great and breakfast was good too.

We stayed here as my Mom recovered from a procedure at a near by hospital. Staff was super friendly. Rooms weren’t fancy but more than met our needs and were clean. The location was convenient and easily accessible. We would stay here again and enjoyed the Fon Du Lac area.

Pool had children running wild, jumping in hot tub, not a pleasant experience, maybe explained why the hot tub wasn't very hot. Anticipated Queen bed, but they were smaller, maybe twin size? Not much within walking distance to hotel. Buffet was good, although juice machine not working today. Based on price would likely stay elsewhere next time.

I didn't like the fact that the wall was dirty above the window I walked in my room and it was freezing cold and I had to get somebody to come help me with the thermostat thing which the front of the heater air conditioner came off cuz it wasn't locked also the fact that the next day the housekeeper knocked and walked right in and when I complained about it they said you should have had to do not disturb sign up I didn't have a do not disturb sign at all. So then the next day somebody came and just walked right in housekeeping again not even a knock so I was checking out that day but I was trying to finish some work and I just packed my stuff up and left I don't know what happened to country inn & suites because I used to always stay at the ones in Germantown and Brookfield but this one I would never go back to. Must have got some new ownership. Not to mention the fact the towels are paper thin.

That’s OK for the price
The room had a very musty scent when I first walked in and also the charging port next to the bed did not work at all. I did not realize they did not work until I woke up the next morning, and realized that my phone was about to die.

The hot tub was very dirty. The pool area was loud with people partying in there with a boom box blasting and doing shots from a glass bottle sitting right along side the pool. People ordered in pizzas when the sign clearly states no food or beverage. I stayed over night at your hotel to have my children swim and have fun. The man playing the boom box was playing explicit music. My son also tried climbing the ladder to come up out of the pool, and the ladder came unattached from the cement! Then the lights also didn’t come on in the pool area when it got dark. Had to ask front desk. I was not happy with our experience.

The pool and hot tub were disgusting, hot tub was green from algae and a black ring around both. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but the lady shut the doors at 9am and refused to let my children eat at 9:32am when confronted, staff got angry and said she was told to stop serving at 9:30am but the signage stated 10am on a holiday.

Sewer smell is strong!, Strongest in the morning. Train horn at all time of the night, Cleaning service only came once, the manager said they were supposed to come everyday while we were there since covid is over. The room itself was a good size but needs a complete DEEP clean, carpets, couch it filthy gross and some paint wouldn't hurt. The body towels were tiny, tattered and so thin the hand towels dried better.

The first room I stayed in had pee stains on the comforter they switched me and the room is all right. But if you want to get sleep don’t count on it cause you have the highway and the train. Try canceling it and it was horrible experience

Clean but my door made loud noises while opening it every time and my bathroom sink drained very slowly

Location was a little out of the way for me but the room and hotel were excellent

Nice hotel but needs some work
Beds are very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and willing to help. The sink in our bathroom was stopped up which they fixed the 2nd day we were there. The toilet ran off and on the whole time we were there. Never got fixed. The jets in the hot tub did not work the first day we were there. There was no towels by the pool the last night we were there. The breakfast was good and the lady who ran the breakfast room was super nice.
