« This place was lovely. Clean and bright. Instructions to get in and once inside were very helpful. The only thing that bothered me was the 3 bins of glass bottles, mostly alcohol bottles that were over flowing onto the ground outside the gate, in the parking lot. They were there the day we checked in , already overflowing and only got worse as we stayed for 4 days. They should look into that because otherwise this place was everything we wantes while on our vacation. Lovely!! »

« There were two couples in our late 60’s early 70’s. This lovely clean and superbly equipped cottage was brilliant for us.We had a very slight problem logging onto the WiFi because the details given to us were completely wrong. Used the details on the Router and we were sorted.Really lovely week cannot recommend the cottage enough. »

« The accommodation was absolutely brilliant for us French as it corresponded to what we wanted to see of the UK: colour, décor, fabric, green surroundings, sheep, peace and quiet, close to the sea .... Highly recommended for those looking for a complete change of scenery. »

« Lovely place to stay. Really well designed and making great use of the available space. It has everything you need and with a very comfortable double bed. « A une bonne heure d'Edimbourg en pleine campagne mais pas loin de la mer cette petite maison cosy est bien équipée et confortable. Excellent accueil et charmantes attentions. Voiture indispensable. Quelques jolis lieux à découvrir pas trÚs loin comme le chùteau de Bamburgh. »

« Although parking is tricky the facilities at the cottage were fine. It's right opposite two pubs which didn't cause any disruption. On the whole a good place to stay, it's about one minute from the sea. »

« Pyg Pen is a beautifully presented and a well equipped property, with everything you could possibly need. It’s situated in an ideal location for day trips and exploring the local area. Property has an enclosed back garden which is ideal for dog owners and plenty of parking in front of the house for more than one vehicle. Lots of places to visit in the local area. This was our third stay in Pyg Pen and it did not disappoint. Would highly recommend the property and the area. »
