« The host had the air con already on which was good, it was a very hot day. Overall it was quite good, a small cosy place. The main shower's door doesn't close properly though. »

« Comfortable stay. Needs a few upgrades. BBQ was unusable, rusty plates. Dining table unstable. Sofa in lounge dirty and lumpy - not comfortable. Security not good- only a latch on back door. »

« Beautiful home if you are wanting somewhere safe, clean and located in the heart of Orange. The entire process from start to finish was effortless, the instructions given were clear, and easy to follow. Great experience will be using this home in future any time we return. »

« Excellent location, clean and had great facilities. My only issue was no blinds/curtains on the front and rear doors. Passers-by can see in the front door right through to the rear of the house during the evenings. »

« The house is a good size and had most essential items we needed. We used the fire place out the back which the kids loved roasting marshmallows from. We are from QLD so it was absolutely freezing for us and I struggled to figure out the ducted heating, it even turned off a couple of times. Just be cautious of little fingers in the back garden as there are many plants with spikes/ thorns. Over all, a good experience. »

« #14 Sampson is a lovely house with all the character of the town but unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations & certainly didn’t come close to the “premier & exceptional” label its been given.Basic things which are so easily fixed: broken kitchen tap, leaky shower, coffee machine needs a service, broken lounge (a nuisance with limited seating) but mostly it all needs a really good clean. We did not get our moneys worth and wouldn’t recommend this property. »
