Downstairs is freezing (communal area and convection heater doesn’t cut it) - ability to turn on fire would have been nice. 2. My friend couldn't open her driver door at all. I managed to get my door open but while trying to carry my bag into the house I connected with the shelf corner splitting my forehead and causing a scary amount of blood to pour forth.
