« The staff was amazing but the room was overall very dirty! »

« Nice place to stay before going to Ruby Memorial for surgery. Was put in a smoking room, which is not what I wanted. It smelled as if another person had used the bathroom just before leaving the room. The beds were clean but this room needs a new carpet, or better yet, replace with vinyl flooring. »

« We have stayed here several times over the years. It is a very convenient location, and we really like that it's a suite, not just a room. It does need to be updated, it looks a bit worn, but overall it's a great place to stay! »

« I would recommend Hilton Garden Inn, Morgantown, WV. It's very clean, the rooms are large and the bed sleep comfortable. The staff was also accommodating when need to check in early. »

« The rooms were huge and super comfortable »

« My family and I will not be back. The room was dirty when we arrived. There was a soda cap on the floor and a half eaten Slim Jim that my 10 month old daughter picked up. The utensils in the kitchen were dirty, especially the vegetables peeler. We were going to have breakfast in our hotel but chose to eat out as a result. For the price we paid for this hotel, I was really expecting higher quality. »
