Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent this 96 m² house in Formiguères, which sleeps up to 6 people.

It comprises a 50 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and an outdoor courtyard.

On the ground floor, you will find:
- A 50 m² living area with a TV, a dining area, a relaxation area and a double sofa bed (140 x 190)
- A fitted kitchen including: a dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, raclette machine and juicer, as well as all other equipment you’ll need for your stay.
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs, you’ll find two adjoining bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (160 x 190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90 x 190) that can be joined to form a double bed

The house is ideally located in Formiguères, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transport:
- If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house (unless there is snow) or in the village.
- A private garage is also available for parking your car and storing your equipment safely: skis and mountaineering gear in winter, and bicycles and mountain bikes in the warmer months. Access to the garage may be restricted in the event of heavy snowfall.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- The nearest railway station is Mont-Louis – La Cabanasse, situated about 15–20 minutes by shuttle bus or car from Formiguères
- Perpignan–Rivesaltes Airport (PGF) is the nearest airport, around 64 km away (about 1½ hours’ drive).

The house is ideally situated for enjoying winter sports:
- 5 minutes from the Formiguères resort
- 10 minutes from Les Angles
- Skiing, snowshoeing, sledge rides, walks in the snow… Everything is within easy reach
- Free shuttle bus to the ski slopes

In summer, it’s all about outdoor activities:
- Hikes, lakes, picnics high in the mountains
- Walks in the forest, farmers’ markets, village events
- Peaceful family moments in an authentic and tranquil setting
