Upon arrival we were told our original room had a plumbing issue so we were upgraded to the penthouse suite. The penthouse suite was large but the list of things wrong was endless. The first thing we noticed was water all over the kitchen counter. The kitchen faucet leaked. We found a couple other issues initially and went to the front desk to report them. They sent someone to fix the sink. It was better but still had an issue. As we went through the next day we found one thing after another wrong. I took video of it all for our records. Here is the list. The kitchen sink leaked, the freezer didn't work and the shelf inside was broken, a shower nozzle in one of the bathrooms came flying off the wall when the water was turned on and created a mess. This was never addressed by the hotel. The jetted tub in one bathroom had broken faucet that just turned and the other jeeted tub did not hold water and the drain controls were broken. One of the stove knobs was broken. The room safes did not work and the directions to set the combination didn't even match the safe. There were broken and dangerous floor tiles and a large glass wall panel was broken. The light switches were a disaster. One bedroom door wouldn't close. We were comped 50 dollars per couple and were given a poolside cabana that we never used. The hotel in general was poorly kept. Our patio furniture was piled up on the side and was covered in bird crap. We made the best of it but just a bad experience. Dont stay here
