The space in your apartment is only for you. No one has access and no one else will enter during your stay. If there is an emergency in the building or in the apartment, you will be notified immediately before entering if necessary and we will take care of the situation.
Guests has access to their private apartment, the common area around the building to enjoy the lounge chairs, table & chairs to eat outside. There is a parking lot for our guest only (please read more about parking below under “Other Things to Note”).
LAUNDRY ROOM There is also a laundry room for your use at the rear of the building. Washing machine detergent and bleach is provided. You will need $2 in quarters for each washer & dryer. The key to the laundry room will be inside your apartment hanging on the hook in the kitchen or in one of the kitchen drawer.

Everything in the neighborhood is in walking distance. The Beach of course, the famous Hollywood Broadwalk, the many restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, sports bars and beach rental supplier for things such as bicycles, skates, buggy’s, etc. to enjoy around the area.
Getting around is super easy... all you have to do is walk to the Broadwalk and start there. Turn right for all the action, restaurants, bars and shops. Want it quieter and more peaceful, turn left on the Broadwalk and stroll down to a few more shops and restaurants, head to the picnic areas and less crowded beach.

HOUSE RULES NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE APARTMENT ($100 FINE) Maximum 4 adults. This is a residential building so no big parties or loud noise, you must be respectful of neighbors.
Please Do Not use Bath or Beach Towels to remove makeup or any other stainable product. Towels are for drying off clean water only! A charge of $15 will be added to your bill for each stained or missing towel.
When checking out, apartment should be left clean. No dirty dishes or pots and pans inside cabinets or leaving the apartment trashed.
Not following house rules will result in 100% loss of deposit. Smoking inside apartment will result in an additional $100 charge to air out, deodorize and block out apartment from being rented to guests until order is removed.
PARKING In regard to parking you can park in an private assigned parking space at the property for $20 per night. The other option is street parking with hourly rates of approximately $3 per hour. There are also two different city parking garages just 1-2 blocks South of the apartment with daily rates. Let us know which you prefer so we can send you additional information about the assigned parking, registering your car and how to pay, if you choose to park at the property. Cars not registered with us can be towed away at owner’s expense; this is to prevent unauthorized people from parking in your parking space. Important Information:

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce

Excellent location. Basic but great practical solution for two people. Location is perfect, front common patio was nice for coffee drinks and eating. Outside common grill was gross so only used stove for cooking. Shower knob needs to be fixed but works with a bit of tinkering. Bed was super comfortable and bedroom was quiet.
