All about the location

Decent property right on the Hollywood beach boardwalk. Did not need a car as we could walk everywhere. Property was very busy over spring break. Unit was nice but there is a lot of road noise from being right on Ocean Drive. Minimal amenities in the unit. Only stocked very basic kitchen utensils. It would have been nice to have a manual in the unit with instructions for how to operate tv and induction cooktop. We never had a problem getting chairs at the pool. Beach chair service was excellent. Nothing was luxurious about the property but the views are worth a million bucks!

Leisure stay coming in from Hawaii

The property was wonderful, the staff was wonderful, the rooftop was awesome, The only thing I wish they would included with rental is parking it would really make this stay that more Awesome....Less worries on daily valet and parking on the street and worrying about meter parking. Overall awesome stay just please maybe revamp parking.

I really appreciated the host's communication! All requests for information were answered almost immediately. The host also provided helpful information via text prior to check in and check out. The condo was very spacious and we could walk to the beach, dining etc. easily. I would have preferred self parking vs valet parking, but that is the just what the hotel has available. The fees (valet and resort) are charged by the hotel, not the owner so if you need a receipt for those be sure to ask on check out as they will not email it to you later, you have to contact the host to obtain it, which just seems like an extra step. I would definitely stay here again though due to the host and the location to the beach!

Nice Property

Due to weather we arrived earlier than expected, the check in staffing were extremely helpful and got us into our unit way ahead of schedule. Reviews said there was no area for luggage, however, due to our kate flight the staff were extremely accommodating and held our luggage. Excellent experience

Nice room , didn’t like having to call for maintenance more than one for the same issue

Very unhappy, bought a lot of breakfast food to make on Christmas morning, went to start the stove top to make eggs and it didn’t work, Christmas breakfast was ruined, had to go out and pay even more money, what’s even worse is we called maintenance and they were supposed to come and fix it so at least I could cook the food I bought but the never came, then actually got there at exactly 11:00 when we were checking out.

Great accommodations and pool!

The building that this apartment was in was great! The rooftop pool was spectacular with lots of seating, great views of both the ocean and bay, and lots of space. We went in May 2021 and unfortunately the rooftop bar was not open but they did not care if we brought our own drinks and food up there which was a plus. Check-in was great and the apartment/hotel desk even allowed us to sit up at the pool until check-in at 3pm since our flight landed early that morning. The apartment is only a 3min walk to the beach and boardwalk which was nice. Lots of yummy restaurants and drink places there. It did seem like the night life was non-existent in May except for around Margaritaville. In general, the area is great for families, college students (more chill), older adults, and young adults. There is definitely something for everyone. Apartment was fairly spacious for all 6 of us and the bathrooms were very nice--everything was new and updated. My only complaint is that there were not many kitchen appliances and utentils. There was one broken cutting knife that was quite dangerous to use and no cutting board. Additionally, it would have been nice to have some staples such as cooking spray, an oven pan, tin foil/cling wrap, or plastic ware. Only glass cups which was a hassel to bring up to the pool. Yes we could have bought all of this stuff but for only using it a few times during our stay it wasn't worth it--and the grocery store was 10min away.

Wonderful Getaway right near the boardwalk

Sol was great to work with & very accommodating. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for a family of 3. So close to beach, boardwalk & awesome restaurants! The rooftop pool was a great way to end each afternoon. You need to bring your own beach towels or buy them from the shops on the boardwalk as the room doesn’t have them. Thanks Sol for all your tips on where to eat & what to do in Hollywood!!
