In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel
Obwohl wir lange vorher ein Studio mit Twinbetten gebucht hatten, erhiielten wir bei Ankunft dieses nicht sondern 2 Einzelzimmer, sehr duestere Moebel, abgewohnt. Das sog. Fruehstueck bestand aus Obst, Muesliriegeln und Kaffee. Keine Broetchen, Kaese, Marmelade oder O-Saft.

Stayed 2/23/24-2/25/24. Should have read reviews beforehand because obviously this hotel has a cleanliness issue: A week before my stay, a verified traveler complained on 2/13/24 about fungus stains in the bathroom; on 4/24/24, a month after my stay, Janet complained about mold in her bathroom shower, something I also experienced. Others complained about musty/cigarette smells — ditto to that as well. Management’s response is always the same: “We take these matters seriously,” which is laughable because these “matters” have occurred before, during, and after my stay.

We only stayed one night so it's hard to give a true rating. But the hotel was clean. our room was spacious and the staff was friendly. Note for anyone needing hairdryers this hotel doesn't have them. However when I asked the receptionist was kind enough to go searching and found one I could use.

Was hoping to get away, as per photos, enjoy a nice, quiet clean mini apartment but that wasn’t the case. Room had a very off putting smell and smelt old and like an ash tray. There was trash under the sink that hadn’t been emptied, only two small towels to bathe with that smelt like mold, dirty tub and cold shower water only. The walls are paper thin and I could hear slamming, running, even sneezing. There was three extremely large “booms” in the middle of the night, which sounded a lot like gunshots, screaming and yelling. Didn’t feel safe at all. “Breakfast” was just oatmeal packets and granola bar. For the hefty price, this was extremely disappointing. I would not reccomend and I feel as if it was most definitely a waste of money :(

The checking person switched my stay from 8days to 7days without my permission. I am not going back to that extended stay. The check out person was not pleasant or helpful. The whole place is a mess. I stayed a couple times last year and it was much better. My 2nd nite no one answer the buzzer trying to get towels. Guess they were sleeping.

The Extended Stay had a bad smell, noisy, rude front desk, agents and management, only 2 people at the front Desk was good and that’s COREY and an older lady. I can’t remember her name but she works 11 to 7 from Dave Katrina and Donna they need to go to class for customer service skills and how they treat the guess and make sure your room are sanitize clean before renting them.

when we arrived everything was fine until i saw the tub in the bathroom, it was full of mold, granted we only were staying one night so me and my friend got some bleach spray and sprayed the entire tub and bathroom down, it was like it was never cleaned from people previous even the shower head was disgusting, we sprayed all of it down with bleached and wiped it all down we even showered with a towel on the floor, they need to do better and i saw dead roaches by the elevator other than that we slept okay, we were only in town for a concert and just needed a rest stop.

Bare bones. Just a cold looking room. No breakfast muffins and they run out before 8:00 am I wouldn't stay there again.

El hotel no está mal, aún que la regadera estaba muy sucia. El personal que nos recibió fue amable, pero por una situación tuvimos que ver a la manager y fue una desagradable experiencia, muy prepotente, sin ganas de ayudar e incluso nos gritó, igualmente después de nosotros habló con otro huésped o y de igual manera la trato muy mal y le gritaba, creo que deberían de revisar Si su manager tiene la capacidad de serlo ya que es la persona que menos debería de tratar mal al huesped

Requested a second key. Advised there weren’t any. Basic amenity of a hair dryer was not in the room. When requested the front desk staff member responded that if there wasn’t one in the room then there wasn’t one available. Breakfast of muffins or oatmeal selection limited and muffins were not available the second day. The first day there were two left in the bin. We were told those were the only 2 available. One was blueberry and one chocolate. We both wanted blueberry. Front desk clerk was rude and abrupt. Sink in room draining slowly. Will not stay there again..wasn’t the stay we were expecting. Very disappointed

It is convenient; accessible to a number of stores. However the rooms are in need of upgrade. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was dusty. The shower was ridden with dark stains that look like mildew. The breakfast was just simply packaged oats, limited muffins and coffee and tea. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend staying here.
