• Landscaper and pool service technicians visit the property once a week for routine maintenance and may visit while you are there

• Unauthorized Late Check-Out: $250
• Smoking of Any Kind: $1,500
• Extraordinary Cleaning: $100/hr for cleaning requiring more than 2 hours
• Unauthorized Pets or Unmentioned Guests: $500 in each instance plus all costs to clean/restore the accommodations
• Broken/Missing Items: Varies depending upon the item and whether repair or replacement is required (as appropriate)
• Parties or events $1500
• The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges.

A starter supply of essentials is provided for your convenience, including toiletries, paper products, kitchen basics, coffee, and beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrella). For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional supplies.

**NOTE: Rental Property Agreement is required to be signed up after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.

Participation in pool and hot tub activities is entirely voluntary. By doing so, you confirm your awareness of potential risks, such as slips, falls, or other physical injuries. Furthermore, you certify that you have no medical conditions that may increase the likelihood of injury.
