Gefallen: das Bett war super bequem, haben sehr gut geschlafen. Und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Nicht gefallen: im Bad waren einige Fließen kaputt, leider auch genau in der Tür, was nicht ganz ungefährlich ist. Und das Zimmer hat keine verdunkelnden Vorgänge, sodass man morgens pünktlich 7:00 Uhr mit der Sonne Floridas geweckt wurde, erstmal nicht so schlecht. Aber im Urlaub darfs auch gern mal etwas länger sein. Das Personal war nicht sonderlich motiviert, leider auch beim Frühstück, als man Cornflakes in die Schale hatte und nach Milch fragte, bekam man nur ein. „No milk“ wäre ja lösbar gewesen welche zu kaufen.

The room was very nice and air conditioning was excellent. Air temperature could get very cold. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful even when I called at 5am for extra towels.

We had a shaky start as the room they gave us, was not ready when we walked into it. But the woman at the front desk was very apologetic and got us another room within about 15 minutes. The room was clean and nice sized for the price. The AC was cold and the property was centrally located to a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. I would stay at this location again.

It was very quiet. The beds very comfortable, and I loved the pillows! Staff responded quickly when needed. They do have a broken elevator, would be nice if it was fixed. But there is one usable elevator. I had 3 problems which were repaired. Refridge only froze, didn't refridgerate. Kierug coffmaker was broken. And couldn't use my t.v. controller, but so eone came and rebooted the t.v. and it was fixed! Minor problems fixed quickly.

The room was very comfortable.. our experience was not as favorable because of the amount of noise . There were children running up and down the hallway , loud music blasting and noise throughout the night . When we called the service desk they did not address the concerns at all . Both nights were extremely loud , which was very unfortunate because the bed was very comfortable.

With my IHG status, I’m allowed to check in early and check out later; However, I called the front desk for availability to check in early and was told that they will call back. That never happened. I went in at the regular check in time at 3:00. The front desk had me wait, so she could go and check if a room is available.!! She then had me wait in the breakfast area for 30 minutes. That’s unacceptable!

We stayed at this hotel for a week and it is an absolute gem.The staff were very helpful and friendly. We usually stay at other hotels in the area but this will be our go-to from here on in. The free breakfast every morning is great also.
