Great location and great house with maxed bedrooms

We really enjoyed the space and the onsite entertainment/gaming areas. Lots of room for all of us. They definitely put a bedroom in every possible spot. I'd note that the bedroom by the game room/garage isn't private though as you walk by/through to get from house into the garage gaming area. It's also the only bedroom in the house without a bathroom with it... but that was minor and just having a house with all those sleeping options was exactly what our large group needed. Location is walkable to the beach + only 20 minutes drive down the coast for where the fishing charters depart. Plenty of room in the driveway to part. Nice neighborhood. Pool was greatly enjoyed. One of the outdoor areas was pretty unusable to do stuff that dropped on table/chairs from the vegetation that was allowed to grow over the area as a natural cover... which rain pounds through.. but lots of space outside and wasn't a problem for us to avoid.d There was no microwave when we went to use (listing stated one there) - Chet got one over within a few hours of us noting - very attentive home manager across all things, appreciated that. Hot water was a little weird in the showers... they might need to adjust as where the handle indicated wasn't exactly where you got the hot water... there was a kind of in between spot with a couple of the showers in different rooms. I took a cold shower the first morning as thought the water heater was out and didn't have time to mess with it before getting out to our fishing. They need more dining sets... only 7 forks isn't enough..... I know if we'd mentioned, Chet would have taken care of - but we bought our own. That being said- the actual dining table was fantastic and perfect for our group. We still thought it was a little pricey for all things considered -but things are crazy in demand right now too. Would absolutely stay there again - one of the best rentals we've had. The issues noted very minor and don't stop this from being a 5 star on the go to list for the next time we come into the Miami area. Should note - very conveniently located 20 mins from FLL and about 25 mins from MIA airports. Fly into FLL if you can... Especially if you're renting a car.... Miami is especially a huge PIA if doing a car rental.. .

Disappointed

My group was so very excited to stay at the advertised "5 star" accommodation. However, we ended up being very disappointed by the property. Please see below for a list of our disappointments: 1. Cleanliness - many surfaces with sticky and not clean 2. Mold 3. Smell from Automatic air fresheners was overwhelming 4. Downstairs bathrooms had no hot water 5. Hot tub did not work 6. Oven did not work 7. Freezer didn’t produce ice 8. Couple stove burners not working 9. Pool was dirty. 10. Multiple areas on the outside of the house were peeling/rotting. It felt like a poorly maintained house. Not worthy of high ratings. 11. Room next/into the garage is a make-shift room with loud hvac noise all day. Garry was having trouble sleeping in there. It was also freezing. 12. Old beat up spring mattress was not comfortable at all 13. Yard was a mess
