Very basic accommodation but in a walkable neighbourhood (15-20 mins in either direction for coffee/dining/groceries). The host was responsive except for one isolated occurrence when he responded immediately after I contacted VRBO. If you’re planning a short stay it works, but note there are no closets. We had to ask the host to provide us with hanging and drawer space as we stayed a month. He ultimately provided a rolling garment rack and a dresser. The kitchen had most of the essentials but we had to purchase a few items that we took with us. The area rugs in the living room and bedroom look like they haven’t been cleaned in some time and the kitchen stove was dirty until we had cleaners in to tidy up. The bed in the guest bedroom was broken and the luxurious showers spray water all over the floor, so you have to mop up afterwards. If you’re planning a short visit and you aren’t fussy, it’s fine, but if you’re looking for an elevated experience, in my honest opinion this isn’t it.
