Margaritaville treat their guests like they are at a waterpark. Every morning the entire family had to wait on a long line at the activity desk to obtain a daily resort bracelet. Guests are permitted Two beach chairs per room however additional beach chairs are an additional fee. So if you have a double bed room You will need to pay for two additional beach chairs however they will not give you an umbrella for the two additional chairs that you purchased. You Cannot even rent an umbrella, so be prepared to burn in the sun. We called the front desk and asked for an additional pillow and blanket however, they refused to deliver. The surrounding area has homeless alcoholics on the boardwalk and sketchy people.

What a beautiful laid-back resort! Family of 4, enjoyed the pools and food. We were pleasantly surprised with how good the food and service was around the pool. Conveniently located by shops and the beach right across the walkway. Highly recommend “Le Tuba” restaurant a 2 min walk across the way.. what a gem! Will def be back!

Great location right by the beach and boardwalk. Awesome resort with amazing and friendly staff, spacious and well appointed room, nice pools and well-equipped gym. The food at the different restaurants and bars on site is ok, not great, but there are many fantastic options right around the resort and within walking distance. The “extra” resort fee at more than US$50 with tax came as a surprise given the already pricey cost for the room.

I went during my son’s spring break with my husband and son. The property was exactly what I wanted. Beautiful clean lobby, wonderful staff, many dining options, right off the beach with a great fun Broadwalk atmosphere. All was decorated in an upscale beach theme and loads of room options depending on your sized party. Would definitely come back.

The location is ideal for not renting a car. Easy walking distance to restaurants on the boardwalk. We felt very safe with police patrolling on the beach and the boardwalk. If you have small children that you try and put down before 10 pm it will be difficult here. The live music is very loud and during our stay the Adult Pool hosted a private event that was extremely loud until midnight. The staff during the week was wonderful, the Beach Staff during the weekend was not. You could tell the weekend had hit on Friday morning with the locals setting up in front of the designated Margaritaville beach chair/umbrella section. The whole atmosphere changed Friday and Saturday. I would vacation here again but only Sunday-Thursday.

We had a few great desk agents, servers and bartenders at each of the restaurants. My only negatives were a bit of the wear and tear on the property. It could use some simple things like painting, upgraded bathrooms, a good cleaning of common areas. (Stained couches, stained pool furniture) Food at the restaurants was good, not great. Drinks were a bit on the pricey side. Ordered room service on our last night. And overall we threw most of it out. Steak sandwich and nachos were soggy and incomplete.

From the aesthetic to the hospitality this property was phenomenal. It really does have everything for all ages. I traveled with my 13 year old son and he enjoyed himself at the pool as I got to sit poolside and enjoy myself. He did flow rider and for the price and time frame I would say it was reasonable. We were right on the beach, when we wanted a change of scenery for some sun all we had to do was walk out our back door. Live music right as you have dinner at the landshark bar & grill made it convenient. Any bad comments about this property are just people that need to hear theirselves complain.

The property itself was not the issue. The issue was the $200 resort fee for pools that We were never able to access because of overcrowding. The rooms were OK, but we did find a cockroach last night. The beach attendants kept telling us there were no chairs when we would look, there were plenty of chairs to be set up. Overall, the resort just did not meet to standard.

Hotel was beautiful! Rooms were beautiful! View was incredible! Elevators were slow. Restaurants were not good. It was too expensive. Not even free parking. It was great experience but I would choose smaller hotel next time.
