If I could give zero stars, I would. We drove over 12 hours for a family reunion, only to arrive at one of the most disappointing rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts controlled the AC, and even though it was cold outside, the inside temperature was stuck at 77 degrees. No matter what we did, it wouldn’t go any lower. And two of our kids have asthma!They also messaged us claiming we were “too loud” inside the home—even though we had no music playing. Our kids were simply playing charades and Heads Up, which is normal family noise, not a party.To make things worse, a vehicle with expired tags was parked in a way that prevented us from using the full parking space we paid for.This was by far the worst B&B experience we’ve ever had. We will not be renting through Vrbo again. We’ll stick with Booking from now on.
