This inviting two-bedroom, one-bath home comfortably sleeps up to four guests, featuring a king bed and a queen bed with fresh linens for a restful stay.

A short stroll brings you to the shoreline, where beach chairs and towels are provided for effortless days in the sun, while the shared courtyard offers a sparkling pool ideal for relaxing after a swim in the ocean. Inside, the space is designed with a calming palette and contemporary style, creating a cozy retreat to unwind after a day of beachside adventures. The compact kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, microwave, and ample counter space (no oven), along with a dining table that seats four for casual meals or planning your day. The full bathroom is attached to the king bedroom and includes a shower-tub combination, along with towels and hotel-size starter toiletries; please note that guests must pass through the king bedroom to access it. Additional conveniences include Roku TV for streaming, on-site shared laundry facilities located along the central walkway, and one designated parking space for easy arrival and departure.

Situated near Pompano Beach’s lively shoreline, cafés, shops, and restaurants, the location blends laid-back coastal charm with everyday convenience. Only ONE vehicle is allowed per unit, with additional street parking available at your own expense, and unauthorized vehicles may be towed. For added convenience, one set of towels per guest is provided, with extras available for a small fee or by using the washer and dryer.

A portion of every accommodation sale is also donated to our chosen charity, allowing your stay to make a positive impact while you enjoy your getaway.

• This is a self check-in property. A door access code will be provided closer to your arrival date to allow entry into the unit.
• Incidental Deposit: A $300 refundable incidental deposit is required and can only be made via credit/debit card through via secure payment link. This will only be in the form of an authorisation hold on your card and it will be released within 7 working days after check-out should there be no incidentals to be incurred.
• Please note that smoking is NOT permitted indoors
• No daily housekeeping is provided
• Minimum booking age is 18.

**General Reminders**

* Please be mindful of noise, especially after **10:00 PM (quiet hours)**.
* Loud music, parties, or disturbances are not allowed.
* Children are welcome, but please note the unit is **not childproofed**—supervision is required at all times. Please also note that the pool has no fence, and both children and adults swim at their own risk.


**1. Check-In & Check-Out**

* Check-in: **4:00 PM**
* Check-out: **11:00 AM**
* Late check-out or extensions must be requested **at least 24 hours in advance** and approved.
* Late departures without approval may incur additional charges.


**2. Access & Identification**

* Self check-in is provided via door code.
* Guests may be asked to present valid ID and booking confirmation.
* Only the registered guest may check in first; companions cannot enter beforehand.


**3. Property Access**

* Guests may use all unlocked areas.
* Locked or marked staff areas are off-limits.
* One assigned parking space is included with your stay.


**4. Occupancy Limits**

* Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number stated in your reservation.
* Violations may result in cancellation without refund.


**5. Visitors**

* Short visits from friends are okay.
* **Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed** unless approved in advance.


**6. Parties & Events**

* Strictly **no parties, events or gatherings** allowed.
* Keep music and gatherings low-key and respectful.
* Respect your neighbors and other guests who are trying to enjoy their vacation.
* Any violation or non-cooperation may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund, termination of your stay, and possible loss of deposit.


**7. Pets**

* **No pets allowed. **
* Unauthorized pets will result in penalties.


**8. Smoking and Wall Damages**

* **No smoking indoors.**
* Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas—please dispose of waste properly.
* Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a **$500 fine**, along with any additional cleaning or damage charges if applicable.
* Please do not use double-sided tape, adhesive strips, nails, tacks, or any wall-mounting materials on the walls or surfaces.
* Any damage, residue, peeling paint, or marks caused by tape or adhesives will result in additional repair and cleaning charges.


**9. Cleanliness & Trash**

* Please bag and dispose of trash in designated bins.
* Use liners for small bins.
* Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.


**10. Property Condition & Inspections**

* Management reserves the right to enter the property for emergencies, necessary repairs, inspections, or other urgent matters.
* We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with guests in advance whenever possible.
* Violations of rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.


**11. Security Deposit**

* A refundable deposit is required prior to check-in.
* It will be returned if:

* No damage or missing items
* No rule violations
* Property is left in reasonable condition
Additional cleaning or damages will be deducted as needed.


**12. Check-Out Responsibilities**

Before leaving, please:

* Check that all doors and windows are securely locked
* Return furniture to original placement
* Dispose of trash properly
* Gather all personal belongings
* Inform us once you’ve checked out


**13. Late Departure**

Failure to vacate on time may result in charges up to **2× the daily rate**, depending on circumstances. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and approval, and a late check-out fee will apply. It must be requested at least **24 hours in advance** by contacting us. Otherwise, late departure fees may apply.


**14. Amenities & Services**

* No landline phone is available
* Smart TVs (Roku-enabled)—use your own streaming accounts
* Please remember to log out of all personal streaming accounts on the TV before check-out.
* Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience (no guarantees on speed or uptime)
* No daily housekeeping (available upon request for an extra fee)


**15. Air Conditioning**

* Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running to prevent inefficiency and potential damage, including the risk of the unit freezing.


**16. Parking**

* Guests are provided with **one** designated parking space
* Do not block neighbors.


**17. Safety & Security**

* Doors are set to lock automatically when closed; however, please always verify they are securely locked before leaving the house.
* Fireworks and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.


**18. Repairs & Maintenance**

* Please report any issues immediately.
* We will do our best to resolve problems quickly, though some situations may be beyond immediate control.


**19. Damages & Breakages**

* Accidents happen—just let us know right away.
* Missing or damaged items may be charged accordingly.


**20. Personal Belongings Policy**

* Please make sure to check all belongings before check-out.
*Management is not responsible for any items left behind, lost, or misplaced during your stay.
*We do not provide storage or return services for forgotten items.
