It's a very nice house, we chose it for the pool and hot tub mostly. Check-in was easy and the allowed us in early which was nice. A few small problems at check in, the lights didn't work in one of the bathrooms, the external trash bins were completely full from previous guests for the first 2 days of our stay, the fan in another bathroom didn't work. some cleanliness issues, a dead roach, some broken glass and quite a lot of iguana poop in the garden (can be dangerous for dogs). Most were resolved in the first day. The lights didn't work for the full stay, but that was our choice as after 4 days of multiple workmen in the house we decided no more, we just wanted to relax with friends and so requested no more visits. Biggest problem was the pool, it was cold on arrival, after 2 days and multiple visits from maintenance we got it warm. However, the hot tub would never get warmer than the pool. By the 4th day, the workmen just turn the entire pool up to hot tub temperature. Which isn't really what we wanted, but at least we had a hot tub (but then the pool was too hot). Anyway, there was a lot of mis communication, things got tense, we felt a lot like we were not being believed by the management team, as we kept on getting told after every visit everything was fixed and we just needed to wait a few hours, it wasn't fixed each time and they had to come back.If you don't know the area, use street view to check out the rest of the street.
