„Bobby was a great host! Very responsive and always checking in to see if I needed anything. My only issue with this stay was the cleanliness of the house. The smell was odd when we arrived and the floors didn’t feel clean either. Also there were some bugs. Overall, though it was a good experience.“

„Great place to stay! How was very accommodating!“

„Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und easy. Das Haus war wie versprochen und sehr schön. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und etwas zu Essen gefunden. Man ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einem super Aussichtspunkt auf Manhattan entfernt und hat von dort aus eine super Busanbindung, wodurch man in ca. 20 Minuten mitten in Manhattan ist.Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)“

„Nice“

„PERFECT location and phenomenal view. Host was amazing!“

„Die Wohnung ist der absolute Hammer. Wahnsinnsaussicht, modern und gut eingerichtet im 51 Stockwerk. Sehr zentrale Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hat uns Privat-Chauffeur organisiert vom Airport.2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Volle Ausstattung.Wir kommen gerne wieder.“

„We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting ...

„Although it’s basic it’s CLEAN, great communication with owner, little benefits like coffee, bottled water, toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. Would definitely rent again or other properties from the owner. AND if you’re hungry and like Puerto Rican food the brunch box down the street was great.“

„Great place, shops and restaurants nearby, apartment is adorable, clean. Really shows the charm of old Montclair Our host was wonderful“

„We had a lovely stay in this cute and clean back house. The game room (foosball, Pacman, karaoke) were a HUGE hit and so much fun. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!“
