Located just across the street from the beach, this monthly rental offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to sun, sand, and sea.

Inside, the condo features a dining area for four and a well-equipped kitchen, making meal prep a breeze. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, private sliding door access to the balcony, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and its own TV, with a second full bathroom also featuring a tub-shower combo.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.
