The Space:

The apartment is cozy, with a compact equipped kitchen and a comfortable living and dining area. A king bedroom and queen sleeper sofa accommodate up to four guests, and the private ground-floor entrance makes coming and going straightforward.

Behind the building, shared courtyard tables and grills give you another place to enjoy a meal. After a day outside, come back for a show on the Smart TV and tomorrow’s plans can wait.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, upgraded linens and a Smart TV.

The living-room sofa opens into a queen bed, bringing the apartment’s capacity to four guests.

BATHROOM
One bathroom with an updated walk-in shower for freshening up after the pool or beach.

KITCHEN & LIVING
The kitchen is compact and equipped for breakfast, simple dinners and sandwiches for the beach. Appliances, dishes, pots and pans are provided. Share a meal in the dining area, then settle into the living-room seating for a show on the Smart TV.

OUTDOOR TABLES & POOL DAYS
The courtyard behind the building has a table for six, a picnic table and two propane grills. These spaces are shared with other Inn guests, along with the heated pool and its chairs and loungers.

Shared beach chairs, wagons and coolers are available for days on the sand. Free community laundry helps you get your beach clothes ready for another outing.

Guest Access:
The apartment and its ground-floor entrance are private to your stay. Guests share the heated pool, garden, courtyard dining, grilling and picnic areas around the Inn.

Beach chairs, wagons and coolers are available for shared use. Community laundry is free, and free parking is available on the premises. A Pack ’n Play travel crib and child high-chair booster are also available.

The Neighborhood:
There is no need to fit every outing into one day. The beach is one block away, with local restaurants and shops close by whenever you feel like heading out.

Times Square is under a mile away for more dining and island activity. Lazy Coconut gives you a cozy base in a quieter neighborhood, with the beach still part of your everyday routine.

Getting Around:
Getting around Fort Myers Beach is easy! The beach is just a 1 block away, perfect for a quick walk.

For exploring the island, consider renting bicycles or a fun golf cart. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

Under 1 mile to Times Square where you will find various restaurants and bars for your enjoyment. Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation.

Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily November to April. A tram should come by approximately every 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

Other Things to Note:
The outdoor dining space, pool, grills, laundry and beach equipment are shared. The existing dog policy allows up to two quiet, friendly dogs weighing 50 lb or less, with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

Quiet hours and pool closure are 10 PM–8 AM. Only registered guests are permitted, and the minimum booking age is 25. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. See the full house rules for all requirements.
