The property was rented for 20 days. When we arrived had no hot water, door would not lock, air conditioner was not working properly, contractors working in the lower units, nails and screws in the driveway, washer unplugged and water lines shut off because contractors were using the outlet. Went three days without a hot shower and spent one entire day at the property uneasy about leaving the place and our possessions unattended. Had promises of repairmen coming to resolve each problem, but either took days to correct the problem or no resolution at all. Property management company offered a prorated refund or move to another property. Stayed in the original house with promise of air conditioner being repaired in 2 days. Never was fixed. The refund offer was then changed to a small percentage of the total rental in exchange for a 4 star rating. No thank you. We are honest and integrity is more important than a small reimbursement.
