The location of the property is great, especially if you prefer a beautiful, quiet location. The view from this condo looks mostly towards the bay and across Estero Island. From the balcony you can see the Gulf, and the two chairs provided were perfect for my wife and I. The room itself is a studio apartment that has been updated… kinda. The bathroom had a skunk smell, the tile needs to be regrouted, lots of wear and tear, and the trim pieces on the tile weren’t laid or cut correctly. The bed is a little wobbly, and there is no dishwasher. But don’t worry they still provide dishwasher detergent for the absent dishwasher. There is on site laundry in the community washing room, which is normal for older properties. The windows didn’t seal well so when the wind blew, so did the curtains… shower was older, but had plenty of hot water and pressure which is a plus. It’s very small, I wouldn’t try to sleep four people in this condo even if you had small kids. We arrived after hours due to weather delays and the code that was provided for the elevator room didn’t work. Leaving my wife and I to have to call emergency support at 3:30am. Thankfully they answered and fixed it. My overall review is that if you’re looking for a crash pad to sleep off sunburn and you’re going to eat out the whole time, this place is perfect. If you’re looking for something comfortable that you could stay comfortable in long term, like over 4 days… I’d pony up the extra cash for a larger newer place.
