« Very nice location and this home is very good. Although not posh, the price was good and the amenities were good. There is plenty of space for six people to have a great vacation. Sea Gypsy Vacation Rentals was very responsive during the booking process, and I suspect they would’ve been if we had any issues, but we did not. »

« Wonderful house for our family beach trip with small kids/toddlers. The house is on a quiet street 1 block from the beach. There was a high chair, beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas. The kitchen is nice but the cooking utensils/equipment is a bit skimpy (knives definitely need an upgrade). Grill was great and an outdoor dinner table that is shaded in the evening. « Amazing house with a great location! The hosts were easy to work and communicate with throughout. We had everything needed, including towels and kitchen items. Our favorite part of the house was the pool area. Plenty of loungers and a huge tv to watch the games! The sun shelf in the pool was a bonus. It was an easy walk down the street to beach access as well as coffee at Mojos. As always, we enjoyed the shops and restaurants in and around Times Square. »

Jeff has everything you need including chairs, a wagon toys for the beach and pool towels for the heated pool. The house is perfect.
