Unlike a traditional vacation rental, Sunset By The Sea allows everyone to stay together while still enjoying separate living spaces when desired.

When you reserve the entire property, nothing is shared with other guests. Your group enjoys exclusive access to the pool, heated swim spa, gazebo, mini golf, basketball hoop, ping pong table, cornhole, outdoor fitness area, outdoor showers, yard games, and all outdoor seating and gathering spaces.

Each side of the property features a king bedroom, a second bedroom with two queen beds, a full bathroom, smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living space, and private outdoor seating areas. Pet policy and house rules

All pets must be disclosed in advance. A maximum of two pets is permitted per reservation. Each pet must weigh under 30 pounds. Dangerous breeds are not permitted.

The required pet fee is $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second pet, per stay ($150 total for two pets).

Dogs are not allowed in beds or on any furniture, including for sleeping.
