Overall my stay was good. The room was clean, the bed is comfortable I love the large capacity refrigerator, we had breakfast food and stored it for the duration of our stay; there was a mini stove top as well, I didn't use it but it was a good addition if needed.
Things I didn't like were the very limited services. We met a lady attending the desk upon arrival. I didn't feel any warmth or welcome from her. It was just business. In contrast I met Brian first over the phone, then later that afternoon and he was much more welcoming. The reception area closes for a great part of the day. It was open for check-in but closed by 8:00 p.m. and there's no one present overnight; if there's an emergency you're advised to call a number. I didn't like that I couldn't have extra towels. It was 3 of us staying and only 4 towels to the room. Housekeeping is not everyday so keep your room tidy yourself, not a big deal. I was surprised that there is no ice! Lol. I made ice with the trays in the fridge.
Overall my stay was good.
