« We booked this home with intentions of relaxing by the pool and using the hot tub with family and friends in town for a wedding. They were both cold'. If you're gonna advertise a swimming pool & hot tub it should be ready for your guests. I also changed my dates on this house and was told it was all set then the day before check-in.
