The property did not prepare for guests, and the owner pushed us to more stress and disappointment we deal with old household items some of them moldy and disgusting such as mixer, ironing boards, hair dryer, washer and dryer was very old and loud. The property was not Clean, including the freezer there were hairs in it, we used a lot of effort to eliminate the problems in the house we waited at home for a repair man, caried our belongs and shopping bags without elevator. In short, we messed up our vacation, we regretted our reservation, five days later to the start we requested cancel of the reservation and money back, but nobody accepted it including Vrbo. We sent more than twenty emails, videos and photos to the Vrbo cc the president Jeff Hurts, but they did not accept our request. There were a lot of flying harmful insects around the property, the ocean was usually wavy, blurry and mossy with sharks. As a result, we had to live there for 30 days. First time in my life I was glad that our vacation was over.
