Perfect get away and location

Beautiful quiet neighborhood with a quick walk down the street to our beach entrance. Pool was perfect and the covered patio was relaxing to have dinner by the pool. Beds were very comfortable and highly recommend this place!

We loved our experience so much we reserved a booking for next year! The house was immaculate (the kitchen, living area and dining room appeared recently updated); the starter kit of supplies was more than I’ve ever seen in a rental; check in and out was a breeze with the mobile app; access to the garage was a plus; the pool and outdoor area was beautifully landscaped; and the rental company was in contact by text or phone before, during and after our stay should we need anything. Bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space. We loved having everything on one level, with the pool and a covered porch steps from the living area. Beach access was about a five minute walk and a beach wagon was available to cart stuff to the beach, I’d highly recommend!

Perfect for a family

We really enjoyed the property. The pool was perfect for our 2 year old daughter. We'd stay again. The entrance to the beach is only a couple blocks away but the chairs available each day are a few hundred feet down the beach, which is a bit of a pain with a wagon stroller. The property was clean and well maintained.

Absolutely Outstanding Zen Oasis

This property is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The interior decoration is beachy, warm and comfy. The Pool during the day and at night was truly amazing. The Communication was easy and very informative and always very fast! It is walking distance to the beach, local shopping, Eating and bars! We will definitely be staying again very soon.

Just as it is pictured!

The house is beautiful and cozy! You literally only have to bring your swim suits everything else is there. We typically have to buy extra essentials like paper towels and cleaning stuff, trash bags and all of that was provided. Everything you need for the beach as well. Not to mention that backyard! The outdoor space was our favorite part of the house.The beds were super comfy! We definitely will book again. The only thing I wish was that it had come with a golf cart but other than that our stay was great.

Wonderful time!

House was lovely and fit our family perfectly. The house was a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The property manager was super responsive and helpful. The beach area was smaller than we expected but the kids still loved it ages 8-15. We will definitely be booking this property again.

Very cute house with pool in best neighborhood

This is a great house. Location! Short walk to Camille’s and beach - also Henderson Beach Inn, Soleil, and area shops. The rooms were clean and spacious. There were 5 of us but i think the house sleeps 8. It was nice having a garage and there were some beach chairs, towels and a wagon to use which was also nice. Loved the pool!

Our Favorite Stay

This is our 3rd trip to Destin, and our favorite house so far. Property Company was always quick to respond and reached out several times even before we arrived. They were very accommodating when we needed to add an extra day to our stay due to flight changes. Once there, William checked in several times with me to ensure everything was ok. The house was clean and we absolutely loved the pool, fire pit, and out door area. It was a very quick and easy walk to the beach and even had a wagon for our kiddos. Great place to stay.

Neighborhood is good for walking and not too much traffic or noise. Kitchen was spacious with plenty of supplies for cooking. Family really enjoyed the pool and relaxing under the covered deck. Communication was excellent from property management and owner. Beach access was moderate walk but a challenge with small children. Having chairs and umbrella setup was great, but parking was so limited we had to do shuttle drop off with family. Overall. We would recommend beach oasis property and would stay there again.

We picked this place because it was dog friendly and it stated it was a tow minute walk to the beach. That wasn't the case. We did not know the beach was not dog friendly and the two minute walk turned into a 15 minute drive to the public beach. It should be stated that these are private beaches. The house was cute but we would not stay at this property for our next trip.

Spring Break 2024

Fantastic location! We had 4 teen boys and grandma with us. The house is clean and roomy. The pool is perfect, much bigger in person. We heated it and the boys were in it day and night. We used the fire pit multiple times. We had a hard time lighting it the first night and they sent someone to look at it right away. The property management was so responsive and easy to reach through a text thread. Boys loved the bean bag toss. The front porch is huge and perfect for morning coffee or evening games. We rented bikes for the boys and they had so much freedom to go to the mall or beach. The wagon and beach chairs were so nice to have. We went to the beach multiple days. The beach set up was easy to find and great to have. We even rented a kayak one day at the beach. Love this property will stay again.
