This house is wonderful! The way it’s set up feels like you’re in your own little world! Clean and well stocked for cooking.Close to the beach and also close to shopping! The golf cart and bicycles were a nice addition…We can’t wait to stay again!

This is a perfect property for groups/families. It is very spacious allowing everyone plenty of personal space, yet there is enough space to have quality time with each other. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to be able to have game time, or just enjoy the conversations and scenery. The beds were all comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets to keep you cozy. There were even additional blankets and such on the couches and in the closets. If you sleep with a fan, like me, there is even a fan in one of the closets. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and wash cloths for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/pots and pans/utensils you would need. There is even a supply of additional trash bags, dish pods, and laundry detergent to help keep the supplied pool towels and beach towels cleaned. We were pleasantly surprised that there were even some spices to use while cooking. The refrigerator has an ice maker and an automatic water filling pitcher. The golf cart was great for commuting to the beach or gas station (nearby)! In the garage there were even beach chairs, wagons, and beach toys to use. No need to overpack when heading to this little piece of paradise. The driveway fit 3 large vehicles. Anymore and you will not be able to get the golf cart in and out of the garage. Everything was well maintained. We even met the pool guy one day. Highly Recommended!!

Our stay was perfect. There was plenty of room for our group of 8. Everyone hung out in the main house and around the pool. The beach was in walking distance but the golf cart made it easy to go back and forth with all of our ‘stuff’. Stores and restaurants were very close and some, we just hopped on the golf cart. It was a great week and this will be our go to place when we head back to Destin.

I finally was able to finally find a place to fit my family on our 1st vacation with all 4 of my grandbabies. There was plenty of space an it was wonderful that everyone was able tho have their own personal space with have the guest house and loft along with the main house. I highly recommend this property!! Loved it!!

Our family had an amazing week at Gigi’s! The house is great with lots of room to hang out in the main house. The pool was fun and just a great bonus in the morning and after the beach. The golf cart made it easy to get back and forth to the beach. The house is conveniently located to everything but also in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was well stocked. Car did a wonderful job communicating both before and during our trip! You won’t be disappointed…it checks all the boxes

This property is absolutely beautiful. So much room and spacious. We had access to everything we could possibly need in this home. The kitchen is very modern and up to date with Smart Appliances and to check in was Smart Lock as well. We were given a code and no worries about a key. The pool was amazing to have and private. We used the gas grill that’s provided as well. Location was great, close to everything. We loved our stay here and plan to definitely come back again.

Perfect for a Big Family Getaway!

We just returned from a fantastic stay at Gigi’s place with a group of 14 ranging in age from 3 to 79, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The setup—with a main house, guest house, and loft—was perfect. It gave everyone enough space to spread out but also made it easy to gather as a group when we wanted to be together.The pool and outdoor area were a highlight! The covered porches offered plenty of shade for those who just wanted to relax and watch the kids swim, and the ceiling fans above were a thoughtful touch that made a big difference in the Florida heat.The golf cart was a huge bonus and made trips to the beach quick and easy—especially helpful with little ones and grandparents in tow.The main house was well-stocked with everything we needed for meals. We like to balance cooking in with eating out, and the kitchen had almost everything we needed—except a pizza cutter (which we happily added to the drawer for future guests!).Communication was also top-notch—Car was quick to respond any time I had a question, which made everything even smoother.When we plan our next trip to Destin, Gigi’s will be our first choice. Highly recommend for large families!

Gigi’s Sunshine

Great place to stay for multiple families and friends that have never vacationed together. Spent most of our time in the main house kitchen and living room to accommodate us all. Loved how the owner was quick to answer questions, etc. I rated it a 5 overall, but the place needs a deep clean to get the grunge off the doors and outside furniture and some of the floors. Maybe some paint in between customers. My suggestion includes: labeling the garbage cans, place above garage needs a mini split instead of wall unit to get rid of the musty smell, and clean out the master bathroom shower head to increase water pressure.

We had family from 8 to 82 years old that stayed a week! Super convenient location, pool, golf cart and covered porches were the children's favorite! The kitchens were well stocked, the host thought of and provided everything you might need or forgotten and the layout of the main house easily accommodated our entire group for movie nights after long days of fun! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family vacation at GiGi’s to celebrate Grandma’s 90th birthday. The houses were perfect for 8 adults and 2 teens with everything we needed and more! Privacy if wanted and lots of space to be together for meals, visiting, and pool time. Lots to do on and around the property with comfy beds, stocked kitchen, close to grocery, beach, and restaurants.Wonderful home and easy communication. Everyone agreed it was pretty much perfect!

This property has everything! Great house for adults and our kids of all ages! Pool was great to relax and entertain kids, golf cart is such an added bonus , close to beach, and all tourist events. Host was very accommodating we will be back! Great stay!

A Piece of Paradise

Our family of seven absolutely loved this vacation rental. GiGi's Sunshine offered plenty of space for everyone. The main house is a two bedroom/two bathroom with a huge gathering room that overlooks the pool area. The second house was a two bedroom/ one and a half bath with a kitchen. The third is a loft over the garage. The golf cart and bikes were definitely an added bonus. The only thing I feel is important to mention is the liner in the pool is ripped. Not a deal breaker by any means but a bit of a suprise. The host said it is scheduled to be replaced soon.

70 Birthday Weekend

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO for my grandmother's 70th birthday celebration. The home was perfect for our family, which offered plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. The location was ideal with easy access to the beautiful Destin beach, shopping, and restaurants.The pool was a favorite spot for everyone, providing a great place to unwind. We also loved cooking meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, which made family dinners feel extra special. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion, and we’re grateful for the wonderful memories made there. I hesitate to say how good our stay was, because I want it to be available to me the next time I visit ... but I have to be honest. The host was VERY responsive and accommodating. A 5 minute walk to beach / golf cart parking access - perfect. The homes were both great. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about our stay at Gigi’s paradise. The golf card provided kept us less than one minute from the beach. The property was very beautiful and comfortable and decorated as the perfect beach home. The owner returned an answer to a question for me within 30 minutes. Simply Stunning and Perfect in Every Way

I cannot praise this property / owner enough. Our vacation was perfect. Nestled in a beachy subdivision this place was amazing. We had privacy, a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach with a golf cart and bikes. Bright Cheerful Large Rooms, lovely pool, close to everything with all the amenities you could possibly need. We found more when we were packing up to leave that we never noticed. We are already planning our next vacation and unanimously we will be booking this property. Char was amazing and very responsive. Family/friends beach trip 2024
