Everything you need to enjoy a peaceful retreat. A lovely quiet spot. Clean and well stocked. Pet friendly with a terrific fenced in backyard, and beyond that a short walk to the water with a lovely patio. Awesome property owners - friendly and accommodating.

This house is so cute and peaceful. Scott and Sheri are seriously the nicest people you could ever meet. We had everything we needed with many little extra touches. The back patio is perfect. Sitting out there was so relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thank you Scott and Sheri for everything.

The host n his wife were very friendly,helpful and asked if we needed anything. The house was as clean as I liked even under the bed. They had everything you’d need to wash clothes. It was supplied with everything you’d use at your own home. I’d recommend it to anyone that wanted a quiet relaxing vacation. I’ll make arrangements to stay there when I go down to Texas again!!!! Thank you so much for making my vacation enjoyable

This property is so cute and perfect for my stay its perfect amount of room, clean and beautiful really the photos do no justice for how beautiful this place really is and wish i took some photos to post myself, but overall 5 stars and would most definitely recommend!

Great little spot to get away. Nice quiet neighborhood and very friendly people. Host and neighbors all offered me help when I had car trouble. Overall a good experience and perfect for a solo getaway or you and one or two friends.

It was the second time we have stayed there and Steve and Sheri didn't disappoint. They have everything you need for a pleasant stay and they let my grandkids put a bounce house in the backyard and even let them go down by the dock and fish and it has a mini split in the living room and in the bedroom as well as all the amenities of a washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. They are great host and will definitely stay again

Perfect Spot!

We came to spend July 4th with family in the area. House was perfect for us and our dog. House is clean and the online pictures don’t do it justice. We will be back!

Quiet getaway! Clean and well appointed. Small bathroom with nice shower. Nice TV for watching the World Series! The fenced back yard worked so nice for our dog and us. We sat on the patio and relaxed while he explored.

Really enjoyed the cabin! It was very clean and had small details that made it homey. The mattress on the bed does need to be replaced, as sinks in the middle and is not level. Even though the cabin is positioned between two homes, it is fairly secluded. The water access was lacking, since there was not much space to work with, and the water had a great deal of algae. The location is not near many amenities. If you are looking for a quiet space that is secluded, this is a great place! We did find a Mexican food restaurant in a gas station in Rhome TX called El Sazon. Highly recommend! We live local to North Fort Worth, and we would not have found that place if we had not stayed in this cabin. We are grateful for our time here. We are interested in staying here again sometime!

This is as cozy as its name implies. I spend lots of times in hotels and accommodation. This is the first time I am seeing a property that undersell or under advertised itself. This property is better experienced. The host is so detailed and intentional with making sure the guest is comfortable and at home. My only advice will be change the beddings and update the pictures online it undersell the beauty and work put in this place. I truly loved it.
