The place was nice and clean. The couch and wicker, chairs were uncomfortable and there was not enough seating. They also, try to charge me a pet fee a day after staying there, which was initially not in the booking or advertised.

Perfect spot for my little family while we were transitioning with a relocation. The host, Laura, was super communicative and extremely flexible with us in making modifications to our reservation (more than once). Centrally, located in NRH, minutes from food, Target and Walmart. I would stay again and highly recommend to anyone!

VERY CLEAN. Very homey for a family with small kids. It had everything we needed and more (laundry detergent, extra blankets, lots of pillows, kitchen supplies, kids books, toys we didn't even get into). Great lighting. Quiet enough. Ceiling fans, A/C worked great. We found something the kids liked on the TV without looking very hard. Good security.

We enjoyed our stay at Laura’s property! We needed an extended stay while our home was being built down the street. My son’s school was minutes down the road as well making this location ideal for us. We also had our dogs with us so the large yard was perfect! Laura was super responsive with any questions we had. Overall, the property was well maintained and had everything we needed for our longer stay. Would recommend!

Perfect location for us

We came to spend time with family during the birth of our granddaughter. We brought our bikes to enjoy the trails while in DFW. The duplex had easy access to paved trails and to the Texrail train which we also love. With two sons and daughters-in-law, and now two grand children in the DFW area, we spend a lot of time here. We will definitely try to stay at the duplex again.

The perfect place!

This property was perfect for my partner and I to stay while in town visiting friends! Our dog LOVED running around the yard and staring at the cars going by. The hosts were incredibly communicative and even called to help me with the door code when my phone didn’t want to load the message since she saw me struggling on the ring. We would love to stay here if back in the area again since it was just a short drive to anything we wanted to do!

Wonderful place in the heart of metroplex

We found this duplex in a quiet neighborhood to be excellent for my husband, father in law and myself. The fiendish and decor were top nitch. Nice yard fenced in for the puppies to play.

Weekend trip

We booked this house to attend a concert at the Rangers Stadium. Location was great and Ubers were readily available. Our party consisted of two couples and this house was a perfect set up with a split floor plan and two bedrooms and bathrooms. We utilized the kitchen to make dinner and hung out outside by the fire pit and had a lovely time. The house was spotless and very well stocked with linens and items in the kitchen. We would book this house again without hesitation. The host was kind and responsive as well.

Came to North Richland hills to visit my daughter and grandkids. We had our golden retriever with us. The kids and dog enjoyed the big yard! The house was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

Convenient and cozy!

Spent 2 days here and it was lovely - clean, comfortable, and the host had instructions for everything in the home which is always really helpful. We were close to some great restaurants and the good sized yard was the perfect place for our pup to chill after 2 days of travel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazingly Comfy and Pet Friendly!

Excellent hosts, amazing property and oh so comfy! The beds were honestly amazing and having 1 king and 2 full-sized beds was ideal for our family. Close to everything in the DFW area in a quiet town. It's pet friendly so that's a big plus. The string lights over the yard at night were very relaxing, especially after a long day of activities. Be sure to check out NRH2O waterpark while you're there!

Cute duplex

The place was very nice and cute. The owners are very nice and were very helpful when I had questions. Were willing to come over and see what was wrong with the TV not connecting to the internet but ended up getting it to work. I really appreciate them giving us the option to use certain blankets to cover our vehicle if needed due to a storm coming through. I would love to stay again next time we go down to Texas!!

Everything you need! Plus more!

The host responded quickly, letting us add guests after the initial booking for a group of 6. The couch folded down like a futon and slept 2 grown adults comfortably. The mattresses in the rooms were quite firm. There was ample space so we weren't on top of each other inside. We could sit around the kitchen table, living room table, the picnic table, or the fire ring outside. The grill was clean, full of propane and ready for use. There was wood for fires and long metal "forks" for s'mores! There were games too and we spent an evening playing Taboo on the picnic table with string lights on, fire going and burgers on the grill. I was pleased with the privacy, being that it was a duplex. The yard is primarily on the side of the house, so you're not sharing a fence with your neighbors. Some things I will note is the shower in the room with double beds was rather confusing to work. The water pressure and temp nobs are separate, but we couldn't get them right, so we all just showered in the other bathroom. The dishwasher we couldn't figure out how to stop the beeping or get it to turn on after we ran it once and reloaded it. If the fridge door won't give you ice, make sure the bottons are "unlocked". There's a TV in every room. We were able to run around outside barefoot in the grass and even had room to smack a volley ball around. Small painted rock garden. Small gas station a block away. Safe neighborhood. Easy check-in/out with simple instructions for leaving. A++

Perfect place

Perfect place to land to enjoy nearby family. Very clean and welcoming. Beds are comfortable. The yard was great for my dog. We enjoyed playing the records and sitting outside with the lights in the evening. Not too much noise from the road.

Great stay in a very clean duplex within a nice neighborhood

Laura was an absolutely amazing host!! She communicated with us within minutes, and sometimes seconds, of messaging. The place is exactly as described with the backyard being even bigger than we thought! It was great to be able to bring our two disabled dogs with us during our stay. Unfortunately our plans changed when our daughter broke her leg at a friends house, but luckily the house book had the location of the nearest hospital and the location of the first aid kit for the house easily found. Laura was spectacular and allowed our family to come over and visit us the last few days after we told her about our situation. This place had a great location for us central to all of my husbands large family that live in the Fort Worth/Dallas area. We definitely appreciate the amazing hospitality of our host!
