We approached and weren’t greeted by valet, had to carry all of our luggage and wasn’t asked if we wanted help. Wasn’t directed that you need to go to the 24th floor to check in while waiting in another line downstairs. We needed help with the luggage going down and they siding have enough staff to help us. Then waited 30 minutes for the car. Staffing seems to be short which is understandable but the lack of communication and professionalism is what will effect my thoughts on ever staying at a Kimpton hotel again.
