Great stay in Fort Worth

House was perfect for our needs for 3 moms and sons for a gymnastics competition. It had everything we needed, and the decor was very nice. The management company responded quickly to any questions, the neighborhood is older but quiet and we felt completely safe. Thank you

Harmony - The Stockyards

The house is pretty much spot on how it is presented in the listing. We were 15 minute drive to The Stockyards which was excellent! The neighborhood appears to be a little more “run down” that expected. However, we never felt insecure or unsafe. The house is advertised as having access to the garage to park. The garage was locked and door opener was no where to be found. It would have been nice to access the garage to park as there was one night with severe weather predicting large hail. The house would be better with at least a half bath. I would also recommend some sort of lighting in driveway and brighter light on porch. Overall it is a good place to stay.

Harmony ‘Designer’ Home

I would rate this house on the lower end of a 3, and that’s being generous. In the weeks leading up to my arrival, I tried contacting the property owner, who I assume is managed by a third party, but I never received a response. I wanted to know if there was a crockpot available, and while there is one, I had to bring my own since no one got back to me. On the day of arrival, I struggled to get the access information, and I finally received it just before check-in. When trying to call in it stated I should have received check in information 5 days prior. Nope. My intention wasn’t to check in early, but I needed to ensure everything was ready for my large family coming from various parts of Texas for the weekend. The cleanliness of the house was decent-ish overall, but areas like the window sills needed more attention. The dishwasher had a strong odor, and the garage was not usable as advertised. The foundation issues caused noticeable low spots in the flooring, making it necessary to walk carefully everywhere in the house. The back door doesn’t lock due to these foundation problems, and the master bathroom door doesn’t close properly either. Additionally, all the beds squeaked loudly. While the location is somewhat convenient, the neighborhood isn’t the best. Would I stay here again? No. Did it work for the two days I needed it? Yes.

Big house

Overall our stay was good. Neighborhood is quiet. The house is nice and good for a larger group of people. The only issue was a couple of the beds were really squeaky but the owners were contacted and have updated those beds. I would rent again for sure!

Not what you read

So it looks nice, but they don’t provide you with everything that is on the list. The refrigerator was dirty and sticky. The rooms did not have extra pillows or covers, there was a stuff that was broken. The garage was locked so you can’t park your car inside. There was no trash bags or extra stuff. We had to buy a lot of the things to use. They said no smoking around the house and there was cigarettes buds outside in the front lawn. They charge a cleaning fee so you would expect the rooms and under the beds to be clean but it was ready dusty and dirty. I am not a person to post stuff like this but I have stayed in other places and this has never happened. I wanted take family to nice vacation but was very disappointed and the owner never answered me back. Says you can send message well he never answered.

Very Nice

This comfortable, spacious, well stocked, nicely decorated home conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood was a perfect place for my family and I to stay when we visited Fort Worth. The outside space could have used a little work but otherwise it was great.

Cold house

There was a constant draft in the house. The temps were in the teens most of the weekend and the windows and doors had major stealing issues. There was water condensation on the inside of the windows in every room. We went to bed with the thermostat at 70 and it was set to 58 when we woke up. At this point there was only 2 people left and neither one of us touched it.

Quaint and Quiet neighborhood

Old school but clean and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean. Also very comfortable and with enough sitting spaces. The decor was nice, midcentury modern decor. Everything worked. The only critique I have is the listing offered 2 car garage and the whole garage was taken by furniture. A friendly recommendation to the owner, please put mirrors in the rooms. Like standing mirrors. All in all, if I am in the area again in need of a house, I would stay here again.

Listing needs updated

The property was clean and some areas of the home were very nice. However, the pics on the listing are deceiving. The home has several issues including a hole/gap in the wall and ceiling of the back room big enough to let direct sunlight through and influence the temp of the room. The front of the property has not been cared for and kept up as the original listing post reflects. The listing also reflects use of the garage which was not possible due to furniture storage and the rental company provided instructions on how to use garage doors.

Weekend Trip

The property is older, but the owner has done a good job in modernizing the home. Our first impression was not great as the home had a stale/mildew smell, but a few candles did the trick. The home grew on us. Overall, it was a good stay.

Good fit for our family

We had 12 adults and two under 2 and it worked out well. The inside of the house has been completely redone. House was well appointed and they had a nice basket of snacks for us. It would have been nice to have a powder bath with this many people but we worked it out. The front of the home and back yard could use some TLC but the back patio is nice. The location was also very convenient.
