1 star — would not recommendWe did not stay at this property because it was not sanitary making it inhabitable at check-in.Upon arrival, the unit had:•Visible water damage and areas painted over•Mold in the bathroom Mirror •Dirt and grime under the kitchen sink and inside drawers•Dirty bedding, dusty and dirty windows•Bugs in light fixtures•A filthy front door and keypad, clearly not cleaned between guests•Unsanitary bathroom conditions • Filthy kitchen drawers, Because of these conditions, we left immediately and did not use the property.What made this experience worse was the host’s refusal to issue a refund, despite the unit being unfit for occupancy and extensive photo documentation. Vrbo support had to escalate the issue to their Health & Safety team. I’m still waiting for a response for a refund! I would strongly caution future guests to be aware that if there is a problem with cleanliness or habitability, resolving it may be very difficult.
